Usually when going on city breaks what can let things down is a noisy hotel. This hotel is very quiet and the hotel rooms and bathrooms are large. The hotel is central but tucked away, which feels nice. The breakfast is buffet style and full of everything you'd expect from boiled eggs and bacon... through to herrings. The staff are...

Our family of four stayed for one night before catching the ferry the next day. We booked a family room and were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. Having said this, we obviously got lucky as friends of ours also booked a family room and got one half the size (we had no.115). Our 3 year old twins found...

This hotel is quite centrally located, but that is also one of it's problems. The surroundings are not the best, and the "clients" hanging around the hotel is not the ones I would trust the most. We witnessed plenty of upheated discussions, breach of traffic rules (driving in streets they shouldn't) and a general unpleasant mood. The interior of the...

Dear Thomas1406, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback from your stay with us. We are sorry to hear that your experience here was not as good as you had hoped. Regarding the breakfast we will look over our routines of refilling the buffet and the cutlery. We hope that you will give us another chance in...

Perfectly fine room for 1 night. Small for the 3 of us considering it was one of their 'family' rooms and we struggled to fit our luggage in. But the beds were comfy and the lil guy loved the bunk beds. Super fast wifi and a great breakfast. Good location to get to downtown but a bit industrial overlooking the...

Stayed at the Scandic No. 25 in Gothenburg for 1 night. Although well located near the central railway station, it is in a fairly industrial area. Whilst the room was very small, it was quite comfortable and overall an enjoyable stay. We arrived in the afternoon and check-in was straightforward and very quick. Because we had prepaid there was no...

The breakfast is excellent, though there isn't enough room to seat all the guest during peak moments. The room quite small and ours was next to the railway tracks which made it a bit noisy. Parking isnt free, and because the rooms aren't cheap here, this can cost more than you wanted. Staff isn't overly happy being employed here.

Dear broset, Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast buffet. Here at Scandic No25 we have rooms that are between 8-22sqm in size so most probably you stayed in an economy or double room which are the smallest ones we have. We recommend guests that are sensitive to noise to ask for...

The staff at Scandic no 25 was very helpful. They arranged a baby crib/cot for us without asking for additional charge although their website does not offer this option. They also did not hesitate to keep our baby food in their Fridge when we were out of the hotel room for entire day.

Excellent value for money! Hotel is very central, located only a few hundred meters from central station. Rooms are very spacious and modern, recently renovated. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but best of all is the breakfast! Amazing food quality and selection. Highly recommended!
