I made sure to send emails before booking, asking if we'd have a minifridge and a balcony and they answered yes to both questions. When i got there, there were neither and the staff did absolutely nothing. They accused me of making things up even after I showed them the emails THEY wrote to me... The hotel has the most...

Dear Simon. We are sorry about your unpleasant stay. We have gone through our email server and found that you had asked if some of our double rooms have french balconys like our Family rooms. We replied that there is a select few that do but we do not advertise them as this. You were then asked to make a...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August. It was recommended by a friend of my daughter. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the midst of many restaurants and shops, and a 15 minute walk from the old town (Gamla Stan). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were surprisingly large. The breakfasts...

10 minutes walk from the Central-station, in the heart of the city, you'll find this vintage hotel. Surrounded by cafes, bars, shops and what not. You really cant get more central than this in Stockholm. The downside to that is off course a certain level of noise in some of the rooms. We were a group, and some (me) had...

Nice room, high ceilings and lots of space. Very clean. The cafes on the street below were a little rowdy and might have been a problem if one had to have the windows open but it was cool and rainy. Pretty good breakfast buffet.

This hotel is very central, about 10 minutes walk from both the bus and train terminals. It's basic, but has everything you could want for that price, so don't expect a fridge, or safe, or coffee making facilities in your room, but the shower is good, the free wifi is mostly good, and the breakfasts will keep you going through...

Queen's Hotel is located in one of the best central districts in Stockholm, just in the heart of the pedestrian area. The staff was efficient. We arrived at noon but they said to us the room was not ready yet: so, we dropped off our bags at the luggage room and came back at three o' clock for our check...

Quaint hotel in interesting area of Stockholm. Was worried when we first strolled up, but pleasantly surprised. Exactly as I expected, old European charm, no frills but very clean and nice. Had a corner room as we needed room to sleep three people. Had to leave windows open since it was very warm for July. But no street noise overnight...

Around 10 minutes walk from Arlanda Express and Central Station. Close to shopping mall and many restaurants are in the surrounding area. Our room is a triple room with classic decoration. No air-conditioning. We should open windows during the night but fortunately it was quiet. Wifi speed is quite good. No kettle is provided but we can get hot water...

We stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise ship, so we had limited time to experience as much as possible. The hotel was very conveniently located and withing easy walking distance of the old city. The staff were friendly, rooms good and comfortable (ours was VERY spacious), breakfast very good (according to Europena standards - dont expect the...
