Sorry to say we were not satisfied with the level of service provided by the staff. No customer orientation at all. Location is very nice, but that's about it. There are more customer-friendly hotels to pick near the center.

We stayed here three or four nights, and found the hotel to be clean, the staff to be friendly, and the breakfast to be ginormous! I've heard of large European buffets before but this was insane. In a good way!

I ended up in Hasselbacken in the middle of the night due to a mistake in my booking, but in the morning I was so sad I didn't have any time to enjoy it more - the hotel is located just next to the Skansen park, so if you enjoy being in the middle of the beautiful nature, then this...

The Hotel is situated on the picturesque island of Djurgarden and surrounded by trees. The Cirkus Theatre is next door and Skansen Living History & Animal Museum is 2 minutes walk away. The Djurgarden Ferry takes you to Skeppsholmen in 2 minutes and Gamla Stan in 10. There are tram and bus stops less than 5 minutes away or you...

Stayed here whilst on business in Stockholm. Although the hotel is situated in a quiet part of Stockholm there are frequent trams from outside the hotel which take you into the city centre within 10 mins. The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My room was quite good. Again like most reviewers I felt that more storage space for...

Make sure you stay there if you are traveling with children. It's next door to such attractions as Astrid Lindgren Museum, Vasa ship museum, Aquarium, Scansen park-zoo-museum, adventure park. An it's the only hotel on the island where it all is situated. And do not think that such number of attractions means that the hotel would be noisy and basic:...

They moved us around twice, stating a mixup with the booking. Neither room had any closet space whatsoever (just 4 hangers behind a door), and they completely forgot to clean our room 2 out of the 5 nights we were there. Service was also horrible - I just called to ask how to check my messages and the front desk...

I stayed for 4 nights with 2 teenage children in a 'family' room. Everything others have said about the hotel is true - really helpful staff, great location, good facilities and superb breakfast...but!!! The room was too small for a 'family' c25 sq. metres and there was nowhere to put our clothes other than space for 5-10 hangars. Other than...

We (2 adults, 2 19-year-olds) stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our holidays. The location was ideal for us because we wanted to visit Skansen, the Vasa and Gröna Lund. There was also a good frequent ferry service to Gamla Stan, the Old Town (only in summer). We had visited the other sights in Stockholm at the...

Recently stayed at this hotel as part of a Scandinavian trip and quite enjoyed the experience. The hotel itself is a beautiful building and the breakfast room is particularly lovely with ceiling panels and wall paintings. The Room: We went for a standard room and got a pretty decent rate through one of the summer specials which made the room...
