Excellent hostel regarding the price. The staff are very professional and welcoming. 10 minutes walk from train station, and 5 minutes from 2 subway stations. Very nice view from the window. Great thanks to the staff especially khaled the receptionniste.

I enjoyed my stay at Crafoord Place. The luggage drop was convenient for an early arrival, and as there were many restaurants and a couple cafes near by it was easy to pass the time until check in opened. The distance from Central Station made it a good location for exploring the city and getting back to the airport, and...

I spent several weeks in this lovely hostel. Honestly, I have only compliments for their work, effort, hospitality and kindness. The place is very very clean, rooms are big enough with lots of light, arrangements are very easily done, everything works fine and you have all you could need. Staff are just amazing, all of them, and they deal with...

When you look at the description of this hostel, it looks nice thats for sure and even though it is a good hostel indeed, there are also some bad things that you should know before you book this hostel. first the nice things; as stated on the website, the view over the city indeed is pretty good. The hostel is...

Had quite a hard time trying to locate this hostel initially but the location allows for you to wander around the city more :-) The hostel is tucked behind the Vasaparken and quite near an ice skating rink (at least that's what I saw during winter!), and nearest T-bana is S:t Eriksplan/Oldenplan The beds are really clean but that's because...

It is a cheap and very clean hostel. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and people who stayed in were nice from different countries. It is located like 15 minutes away from the railway station. There famous shopping streets are only few blocks away. There are many tips for travellers in the hostels.

The hostel was clean and the rooms were fine. We only ever met one member of staff (the reception is only open 2-6 which is quite odd) but she was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was cosy and had everything you need. It was good value for money in a very expensive city but I didn't appreciate having to pay...

I stayed here for a week and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The rooms were clean and very well kept. I brought my own linen, but they charged extra for sheets. They are located at a 20 minute walk from the city center, but there were grocery stores close by. The kitchen...

Stockholm is a very expensive city, so it can be good to save some money by spending less for the staying. This cheap and clean hostel is a good way to do it. Not loud or messy, full of students and young peole. Definetely advisable!

I wasn't over excited by this hostel but nor was I disappointed by it. The staff were super friendly and informative and you have all the kitchen facilities you could need, but the bathroom facilities were lacking. There needed to be perhaps one more shower and bathroom in the floor. Bed was comfy and the hostel was quiet, which I...

Staying in Vasastan

Neighbourhood Profile
Vasastan
Vasastan is one of those neighborhoods that almost looks too good to be true. It has the winning combination of a central location, tranquility, and beautiful buildings – housing sophisticated bars and eateries – that makes this neighborhood Stockholm’s most sought-after place to live. If walking through this area makes you feel like walking through a fairy tale or picture book it’s no surprise, as it’s actually the film set of the famous Swedish children story Karlsson-on-the-Roof. No matter what season, Vasastan manages to impress in the sunshine, covered in snow and won’t even lose its charm when soaked in rain.
