I was in the Astoria for about 4 weeks on business, not only is it 2 minutes from Lilla Torg with some fantastic restaurants, the free breakfast provided was excellent, the staff were all very friendly, and the free wireless vouchers provided were ideal! Also the softest duvet cover in the world!

This hotel is good for a short stay or business travel. It is very well located near the central station and to the city centre. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The standard room was more than adequate and the hotel was very quiet. Only downside is that the corridors are quite dark. The breakfast is also quite good.

The room was clean and large. A superior room with renovated bathroom. BUT what were they thinking by having three horrible and scary paintings in the room and above bed. I have stayed in many hotels in my life and I have never felt such negative vibes when entering a room. I did fall a sleep but I did think...

At £90 a night for a sizeable and comfortable double room, this hotel is good value for any visit to Sweden. Good breakfast and one of the most helpful receptionists you could ask for. He gave us good advice on restaurants, sights and general info. He obviously loved his city and with good reason.

I stayed one weekend night in this quiet hotel about 5 minutes walk from Malmo station. The room was very small with a tiny bathroom, but for one night as a solo traveller I don't think that really matters. There was a TV and wifi was available (via an 8 hour token system - but they were quite happy to...

I stayed 1 night at the Astoria in Malmö, and it was not a very nice experience. Although the hotel seemed empty (we checked in on a quiet Sunday evening), we were given a tiny room with an even smaller window in the 4th floor. There was no air-conditioning or even ventilation, and it was not possible to open the...

My boyfriend and i just got back from the trip to Sweden. We had a short stopover in Malmo at hotel Astoria. We didn't have any hotel arrangements and our choice of the hotel was purely random. The check in went smoothly. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and made every effort to help...

Even it's a tiny room for single room, however it's okay for me. During I rest in my room I wasn't boring because many programs on TV I could watched. I'll stay here if I have another chance to Malmo again.

The hotel is well located. Two minutes walking distance from the Malmö Train Station, and the pedestrian area downtown. Comfortable, clean and the fact of being ran by a family makes you feel home.
