Nice campsite to stay in before starting your adventures in the mountains. It has paid showers, free wifi and a large kitchen area to hang around in when it is raining outside. About 10 minutes walk from the city center and supermarket (and the bus)

I went there with 2 friends and we all enjoy our 3 days trip there. April is not a peak season so there are many empty rooms and just less then 20 people having breakfast in the restaurant. Most of the facilities closed or need to paid so we didn't try any of it. The room is simple but nice,...

Hi Joyce C, Thank you for taking your time to write about your impressions with us. April is the locals favorite month in Kiruna. The sun is warm and we still have a lot of snow to do outdoor activities like cross country skiing and snow shoe tours. We are happy to hear that you enjoyes your stay with us!...

We were so looking forward to our holiday. Before our trip i called Camp Ripan twice, as it was a bit unclear if they had a swimming pool or not. On their website you can see pictures of a swimmingpool, so i called and asked and they said that they had a relax swimmingpool. I asked if children were allowed...

We only stayed here for one night on what for us was largely a driving tour of Northern Norway. This was our only venture into Sweden, but I wish we had stayed here for longer. The cabin room was simply, but stylishly furnished.Bed very comfy and great good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.Breakfast was delicious and the...

The hotel consists of a central building with the reception, a restaurant, lounge and shops. Sleeping accommodations are mostly cabins and a camping. The place is popular with hikers and nature lovers on their way to the Abisko national park. The accommodations are simple and functional. Breakfast was very good but dinner was a bit disappointing. The property also includes...

We stayed for one night before our flight home. Warm welcome, clean cabin and quiet location with parking right outside the cabin. Large, comfy bed and spacious cabin. We ate in the restaurant, good range of choice and reasonable prices (for Sweden). The restaurant was busy so clearly popular. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Cereals, bread, fruit, yogurt,...

We stayed in one of the "cabin" rooms at the end of June, and had a fairly miserable experience. It had been a mild day (perhaps 22C) in the Arctic, but hardly hot. However, the inside of the room was 30C when we arrived in the late afternoon. This seems to happen even on mild days, because the room has...

We stayed here for 2 nights in a bungalow and were happy with it. The bungalow was modern, well equipped and clean. Negative was the missing curtain to darken the front door and the very small windows to get cool, fresh air into the bungalow. Because there are no AC's it might get pretty warm inside. As the bungalows also...

Really nice visit to a DIY spa located at Camp Ripan in Kiruna. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Smaller space, so you may want to book in advance. You can purchase a package, which includes a spa kit and directions for use of the various products and areas of the spa (the foot scrub and iron ore pellet foot bath...

We stayed here for one night. Overall, the camp is nicely located on the mountain with nice Tundra views. The rooms were clean, big and equipped with all you need. The curtains are pretty transparent, so staying there during midsummer time might cause you sleepless nights. The food at the restaurant is excellent, however the breakfast leaves room for improvement....

Hi FTC0815, Thanks for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you overall enjoyed your stay. The breakfast is something we are constantly working...
