The hotel is in a really excellent location, close to the centre of Brighton and the pier but far enough for it to be really nice and quiet. Our room was quite basic but very lovely and clean, with a high ceiling and an extremely comfortable bed. It was also facing the sea, which was definitely a bonus. The lounge...

The hotel is in a fabulous regency building in a stunning regency square close to the seafront and the famous old pier. The rooms are clean and comfortable ad the square is close to the busy centre of Brighton yet set in the quieter more residential Hove. That's not to say that there aren't plenty of bars and restaurants nearby,...

This was my third stay at the Brunswick Square Hotel and the standards have not dropped. Still a good quality hotel at a very sensible price. My room had recently been refurbished to a good standard and had a very nice shower facility. Staff as friendly as always. Yes, I'll be using this accommodation again.

Best in class service and staff! Clean, very comfortable and great location with easy access to fantastic nearby restaurants, bars, and of course the beach. Thoroughly recommended! My home away from home when in Hove. Two big thumbs up! Avie (the Land Lady) rocks.

We had a newly refurbished family room, consisting of bunk beds and a king size bed. Room 203, this was a fab room, we stayed for 3 nights. We were at the back of the hotel, so don't expect a sea view, but we could see the i360 from our room. It was also really quiet at the back of...

Many thanks janine45670 for taking the time to write a fantastic review for our hotel. Some of our rooms are renovated now which is great and we are well on the way to freshening up the older rooms also. The breakfast is cooked to order and well worth it. The Honesty Bars is one of the cheapest bars in Brighton...

A listed building located in the middle of Brighton's imposing Brunswick Square, the hotel is gradually refurbishing its rooms and has done a phenomenal job on the downstairs reception and bar area (charmingly, it's an "honesty bar" so you serve yourself and write down what you've had in the book). It is wonderful old dame of a hotel. Parquet floors,...

This is the filthiest hotel I've ever had the misfortune to stay at.. broken windows, thick dust, bathroom stains, stains on base of bed carpets filthy, I didn't eat here so can't comment on food but judging the by the room I was in I wouldn't recommend eating let alone stay here! Photos can be provided !!!!!

Good morning Malcolm R and thank you for the feedback, which naturally we are disappointed with, as most of our reviews are very very good especially on the cleanliness and breakfast perspective and we shall relook at your comments. I had a great stay - the room was a small single, exactly what I had booked and much better than I expected ! It had been recently refurbished, and was warm comfy and quirky - perfect for what I needed. It might not suit everyone, but when they found I was there for work they offered me a larger...

I think it all depends on how you were brought up. There's nothing modern or contemporary about this cute little place but it's in a beautiful location, is warm, cosy. Ok the ceiling is peeling, the remote on the TV doesn't work, the bed springs go boing a bit. But it's kind of a home. The girl on reception was...
