We found the reception staff and waitresses very friendly and helpful at this hotel It has a good location near the palace with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. The room overlooked a central atrium and whilst lacking a bit of fresh air, had a functioning air conditioning unit It was clean and we would stay again

I prefer a double bed even if I'm staying alone. The room was rater small. To find a parkplace for the car is not that easy in the neighbourhood of the hotel. The breakfast was very various and the the free meal in the evening was a surprise

The hotel is nicely located and offers a complementary light dinner buffet. The wifi is included in the room price. That's all nice. However, as a whole our stay wasn't worth the price: * we had booked a double room with one big bed. However, we were given a room with two separate small beds. It was our wedding anniversary...

We stayed here for the second time; this time in a room no. 225 which was much better and larger than the room no. 409 where we stayed one year ago. We liked the room but to be on higher floor it would be much better. Room was nice and very bright and there was a nice compact iron board....

We stayed here in the middle of Sept. The room was small but fine, some street noise but not too bad. The breakfast and dinners were very good. Location is very good. But, we found the front desk staff to be abrupt and misinformed. Answers about parking and the Copenhagen Cards were just wrong and could have cost us quite...

We stayed here with friends on a long weekend break and cannot fault the hotel at all. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the water hot, and food good and plentiful. Mind you if you are slightly above average height it may be easier to use the shower as the bath is quite small!!!! The free meals are an absolute bonus...

A comfortable hotel that provides a free buffet evening meal. Handy for Nyhaven, an area of many bars and restaurants. Boat trips around the canals and harbour depart from Nyhaven Harbour. There is a metro stop on the airport lineis out 5 mins walk away and a frequent bus service to the city centre and railway station terminates over the...

My wife and I stayed four nights Oct/Nov 2013. The (quiet) location is good (just behind the picturesque Nyhavn harbour area with its busy bars & restaurants). A few minutes walk take you to the 'posh' end of the main shopping street and to a metro station (quick & cheap airport service). Our room was comfortable, if slightly cramped. Staff...

We booked this as a short mid week break in September 2013. The hotel is located a couple of blocks away from Nyhavn with several bars and restaurants. It is walking distance of all the main things to see, I.e. Little Mermaid, Amalienborg, etc. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the staff and got a free upgrade...

I've stayed at Clarion Collection Neptun Hotel for 3 nights (from October 30th to 2nd November). The first aspect that I must underline is the location of the hotel... is close enough to many of Copenhagen' major attractions (such as the Little Mermaid and Nyhavn) but located in a street quiet enough for one to get a good night sleep....
