We stayed at this hotel due to the location: 2 minutes from Tivoli and smack bang in the middle of the city, next to main shopping street - which made it the perfect place for a quick Copenhagen getaway trip. The receptionists were not all the friendliest, except the trainee Celine/Cecilie which was extremely sweet and helpful. The breakfast was...

...the rest of the services were some of the worst I have ever seen. At check-in I was informed that my superior room (reserved a month in advance) was not available, and that my room had been downgraded to a regular room. The room was at the street level over the back entrance where it was noisy all night. I...

Booked this hotel for a 3 week stay while on business in Copenhagen. Checked out after the first night and went to Hotel Guldsmeden instead. This is not a hotel for a business traveler and the hotel itself does not offer an environment that will make you feel at home while away from home. It is ok to stay for...

Very central hotel. Type of hotel that look very nice in the pictures but when you get there, you could have given it half a star less... The toilet was small. The hotel didnt have any charm or any extra besides the location. the breakfast hall was extremelly full but this is something that can happen in any hotel, and...

I was very impressed with the clean and modern hotel reception when I walked in. It's in a great location opposite the town hall, surrounded by bars and restaurants, and 5 minutes walk from the central station. The staff were very friendly (the receptionist told me that she'd just come back from a weekend in London and remarked how mad...

We booked a junior suite well in advance and this was confirmed by the hotel. Turned up at the hotel already before midday just to find out that they had "a techincal problem", which usually means that they have given our room to someone else. The service was relatively rude, we were just told that we need to go to...

The front desk was slow when checking in, but apart from that it was a really nice stay. Nice room and a satisfactory breakfast. The location is perfect, close to the Tivoli and the main trainstation and the raadhusplass.

Personnel at the desk was helpful, but my colleague had issues with credit cards (then again, in Copenhagen, credit cards were more problematic than usually in most European captials!). One day, my key-card just died, just as it were blocked or expired. The front-desk gave me a new card immediately, now questions asked (or explanation provided) On one night, there...

The outside of the hotel looks a bit dated, but once you pass through the front door, it's a modern and well-appointed, chic looking hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the front desk personnel were professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and functional. I had booked the slightly larger room so space wasn't a great problem, but still...
