This hotel is literally 3 mins walk from central railway station. staff were extremely friendly. room clean nothing fancy. We had a basin in the room which was handy and shared bathroom facilities, again quite adequate. Breakfast was excellent. We rented bikes from hotel , really enjoyed exploring the town this way. great inexpensive hotel .

Breakfast was quite good. Bike rental was available from reception which was handy. Clean hotel overall. Rooms are basic but good value considering the price. It was very easy to find and only a 2 min walk from central station.

Just got back from our 1st trip to Copenhagen and location wise, we couldn't ask for better! 2 seconds from the train station, 5 mins from the city center and right by the cheaper side street bars. It was clean, breakfast was lovely and it was cheap, what more do you need for a city break!

The hotel had nothing special, but it is a good place to spend night in Copenhagen. The location is very good, the train from airport comes very close, the shopping area is close, the rooms are clean and staff is friendly. There is even a smalla bar at the lobby. Breakfast is ok, nothing special there either, but adequate for...

Great location just next to central station, clean rooms, helpful staff and very good breakfast for a two star hotel. Our room had a shared toilet and bathroom. I was staying with my friends and did not spend time in hotel so we did not care. But it was not comfortable to use shared bathroom, there was only one toilet...

Saga Hotel is a 2 star hotel situated at central Copenhagen. It is close to Central Station, Stroget shopping arcade and Tivoli Gardens. There is a newsagent across the road from the hotel. This 2 star hotel is ok for a budget traveller wishing to spend time in expensive Copenhagen. Dotted around the area are lots of gentlemen's clubs and...

Friendly reception, advised where to find an optician as the lens fluid was confiscated at the airport. good location, very large choice of food at the breakfast area. The bathroom was maybe a little small.

Given the average hotel prices we were not expecting luxury. The room was small but functional and clean. As stated elsewhere the walls were a bit thin, but the noise levels were alright. However the location made up for it. Located one block away from the central station we could easily walk everywhere within or outside the city. And for...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
