This hotel is very close to the central station and a convenient place to stay. The room was reasonably sized with a good bathroom and excellent shower. While there was no air conditioning there was a fan which was perfect! The bed was a regular double, big enough, but a king sized would have been better. The breakfast was excellent...

We enjoyed our stay there for just one evening. We were there when air conditioning was not needed, but were surprised that none was available in this hotel. We were pleased with the room size, and found that it was extremely adequate for three adults. Also, the breakfast was beautifully Scandinavian-style!

We stayed here only for a night. The hotel is very near the train station. We stayed in a family room which had 2 single beds and one sofa bed. The single beds were OK but the sofa bed wasnt because of a square, extremely soft pillow. The room itself is big, and the TV had a lot of english...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, booked in advance through a site booking.com. Before our visit all the rooms at the hotel were occupied. That would mark a positive. Price - other similar hotels in Copenhagen offer rooms at a price of about 2 times more expensive (and without breakfast). Location - we wanted a hotel near the...

We stayed here for four nights. We found this to be a very good budget hotel. It is very near the station, so you can easily travel between the airport and Central Station in Copenhagen. The hotel is quiet and clean and good for families. The staff are very attentive and the breakfast is very 'Danish' but plentiful and the...

Great location close to the central station and the city center, nice atmosphere mixing old and new. Comfortable rooms with everything needed and space enough. Friendly staff. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious. Breakfast room crowded, but well arranged and there was food enough. Noise from the streets very disturbing - don't forget to take earplugs.

Paper thin walls, floors, ceilings and windows. Throw in some serious traffic noise from the street below, drunken and noisy guests, creaky floorboards and you have the recipe for staring at the paint peeling on the ceiling at 245am. Beds and bathrooms were adequate, but dated. The only thing saving this hotel from getting one or two stars is the...

The hotel staff is amazing and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, filling, and even had great coffee varities. Beware! The noise outside the hotel from the Urban House Hostel accross the street kept us up through the night. The staff is aware of the problem and trying to minimize. I suggest you ask for an interior room. With...

Breakfast delicious but lady handling breakfast very grumpy. Front desk staff wonderful. Very helpful . Room. It's very basic but it has a safe and it's perfect location for train depot. I was concerned about some weird people hanging around outside but they were friendly.

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
