Location was ok, but a 15 minute walk to the metro. Staff were ok. No tea or coffee making facilities, which one would expect for any level of accommodation. Had to use a local coffee bar, which was very expensive.

After reading the recent reviews, I was apprehensive about staying in the hotel. However we were checked in early and made our way to the room. The stairs are a little perilous but the room was clean warm and surprisingly comfortable, the Tv was new the bathroom average but clean . Don't expect too much. The location is excellent near...

We've stayed here for a long weekend on our first visit to Copenhagen. There are other reviews already pointing out that there's no lift, that didn't bother us really, there are some issues though that on reflection means we wouldn't come back to this hotel. We were on the 3rd floor and again as others have commented, there is a...

This is defined not a 3 star hotel! 1 - the images of double rooms shown on your website were very different from the double room that I got. Room was much smaller. 2 - NO LIFT! The website does have at the really bottom that it has no lift! It is not very clear! 3 - the reception is...

First of all: This hotel has received undeserved bad reviews. I stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 days, November 2016. The room was big, the bed was good, lots of closet space, etc. The bathroom could have been nicer, but honestly - who cares. The hotel is centrally located and it is close to everything you need. Tivoli, Strøget...

I've just comeback from a 3 night stay at Hotel Viktoria and to claim it's a hotel would be a lie and a disappointing understatement. Don't be fooled (like me) by booking this establishment for your stay in Copenhagen. This property is basically a brothel full of prostitutes picking up punters from the loud and noisy bar next door (which...

Who the hell rates these hotel? Definitely not a 3 star!! In fact, this dump doesn't deserve to be rated on trip advisor! No lobby to speak of. The reception is behind a stupid glass cover. NO LIFT!!! OMG! You will have to drag your bags up the narrow stairway but only one at a time! We left early in...

I've travelled the world and slept in many hotels. This hotel is the worst I have ever been to! DON'T GO HERE! I am wide awake in the middle of the night. I've woken up because in the room next door a prostitute is doing her work. You hear litterly everything..... The man left right after they were done, so...

I booked only one night over the hotel. My room was clean, I had shower gel, I had shampoo and I could sleep 4-5 hours after clubbing in the city before my flight! I didn't spend much time in the room 5 hours probably in total but was fair enough! PS. the hotel does not have an elevator. Was no...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
