No air-conditioning - traveled in mid August and one night was uncomfortably warm. At this price, I want comfort.
It is not as fancy or luxurious as the pictures would have you believe.
It is a historic building, I believe a former warehouse, so the...More
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before embarking on a cruise. We chose it because it was the hotel offered by the cruise line. We booked ourselves rather than pay the cruise line premium and it worked out nicely. The location is good...More
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Admiral. The location is fairly convenient to many of the sites and is within a block of the Amalienborg Palace and Nyhavn. We were able to easily walk to every tourist site and museum in central Copehagen....More
We stayed here for 2 nights in July/15. Fantastic location right on the water; you can walk just about everywhere from this hotel. It is a very cool building and love the fact they have kept the "ambience" of the original building. The staff were...More
Avoid this hotel if you travel alone or with your family...it is a hotel for mass transportation and looks more like the entrance hall of a train station than a luxury hotel...when we arrived there were long line in the morning for breakfast, the funny...More
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding
neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
SALT restaurant serves a big Scandinavian buffet breakfast every morning and the price is DKK 150,- per person per day.
Please contact the concierge of the hotel at email@example.com for further information.
Our outdoor bar is only open during summer time as the winter in Denmark is unfortunately to cold for an outdoor bar.
But we do have a cosy bar inside the hotel.
Have a nice day.
