I have traveled several times to CPH for business and my company always book this hotel as it is very near to central station and has good rating. I kinda like it but they should improve on a bit of things such as "Provide water in the room" as it is not feasible to take drinking water from the basin...

This is a good hotel. Great central location, so you are within walking distance to many things. The rooms are nice, practical and clean, infact the bathroom must be the cleanest bathroom I have ever experience at a hotel. Just be prepared for ultra small and slow elevators! Friendly front desk.

We have stayed 3 nights in this hotel right before Christmas. However, this is probably the worst 4 star hotels I have stayed everywhere. The location is good, right off Vesterport train station, where you can take a stop to Central station then to Airport or Sweden, or you can walk about 7 minutes to Central station. There are a...

Dirty carpets in the hallways. Elevators that "quarrel" - and are very dirty. Strange smell in the hallways. Large room which is quite OK (and faces a quiet street - as asked for). Friendly staff at reception. Hotel needs an upgrade...

Hotel located close to the station, so convenient if you come by train ( such as from the airport). The hotel is also close to Tivoli and also close to the main shopping street. The design is a bit old.. lobby not very warm and welcoming. The hotel is located in sort of large building. Not charming. Room is ok....

I travel to Copenhagen every month. I've stayed in this hotel many times and really like it. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and accommodating and great value. Most of all I like the restaurant - a quality Italian - slightly expensive, but worth every penny. Breakfast is okay, nothing to write home about, but adequate. Looking forward...

Break in between Christmas and New Year 2016. Hotel in great location right next to train station and on the edge of the main city. Everything in walking distance. Room clean, modern and spacious, if I had one very small complain it was the storage, no drawers, but not an issue for us. Breakfast was nice, selection of cereals and...
