This historic hotel was clean and provided great customer care. We enjoyed a full breakfast and had a great bartender who helped us select fantastic restaurants (and even made reservations for us). Our only complaint was that the bathroom door (a glass swinging door) did not provide as much privacy as we would have liked. To me, this is not...

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. I had a room on the third floor and the first night, the room was very noisy because of a party in the street. The next morning, I asked the reception to have another room and they gave it me without an extra charge, so that is a very good point. The breakfast was good,...

It's often the little things that help to make a trip memorable, such as a busy hotelier who still cheerfully remembers your name. We visited Copenhagen in February for a research trip, so museums, galleries and bookshops were our prime destinations. The Scandic Palace hotel was perfectly positioned for our stay. I have a back that troubles me occasionally so...

This hotel is in a fantastic location! Right across the road from Tivoli Gardens, a 2-minute walk to the start of the longest shopping street in Europe and a 15-minute walk to the Royal Palace, Botanic gardens and many other noteworthy sights. Tivoli was closed while we were there (we hadn't realised it closes between December and April), so we'll...

Its an old hotel, keep that in mind. Its ok, its not great. The selling point is the location, you cant get a more central hotel. Its close to everything including transfer and Tivoli. If you are looking for luxuary living, this isnt what your looking for. If your looking for a place to sleep while you spend your days...

We choose to stay at the Scandic Palace hotel for a second time because of the great location and value for money. The hotel is a 3 minute or so walk from the central station and walking distance to the main shopping area. We were upgraded from a deluxe bedroom to a junior suite which we were delighted at. The...

Dear Anna S, Many thanks for your review that you recently took the time to give us in conjunction with your latest visit. Whilst you did experience a minor issue with the neighbor’s TV being too loud, I am pleased to read that once you notified the front desk they took action immediately and as such they resolved the issue...

After a long travel day, it was nice to get to our destination. We were excited about this hotel based on the reviews but it did not live up to our expectations. We had requested a bath tub but the first room given to us had only a shower. The room was nice but not a whole lot of space....

A more than 100 yrs old hotel, but off course the bathroom is renovated to modern standard. You see that in the corridor there is enormous amount of space compared to modern buildings. I really loved that 1 switch shut down the bathroom lights and 1 switch took the living room. I hate when I have to run around in...

I am surprised that this hotel is a 4 star - honestly I don't think it is much better than a 3 star. All of the public areas look a bit shabby and worn and our room was certainly not as stylish as the ones in the photos. The other big complaint is that there is an incredibly loud bell...
