Stayed there during September 2009. The price was great for such location and service. The room is nice, the area is very quiet. 5 minutes walk from the royal palace. I had to go every day to UN office - around 20 minutes walk through the park area was very convenient. The hosts are very nice - I was allowed...

Price was right as Copenhagen is very expensive. Hosts were nice and even did some laundry for us. Very helpful with travel directions. You can easily walk to everything in Copenhagen but public transportation is within a couple of blocks. Three rooms and only one bath can make it crowded. Kitchen is adequately stocked for breakfast which you prepare for...

This is a nice bed and breakfast, just beware you have to climb about eight flights of stairs! so pack light. Holger is a nice gentleman very hospitable. I just didnt like the fact that his office was out in the middle of the main floor so if you wanted to shower you had to walk back and forth past...

The place is super clean and serene, decorated with Asian artifacts. Besides the bedroom, you can also use the living room, which added to our comfort significantly. Beds- very comfortable. Breakfast-...

Neighbourhood Profile
Indre By (Inner City)
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
