A five-star hotel, with a welcome drink at the entrance and juice for the younger ones, which made a good impression. We were invited immediately for lunch and here was the first disappointment. No fish. Unfortunately, they were generally absent during lunches. Fish or seafood appeared at dinner, but it was not always tasty. Greek pita appeared only once, and drinks other than water had to be requested frequently. Rarely did the waiter come up and ask what to drink. The hotel guests are mainly Poles and Bulgarians. The latter ate meals while smoking cigarette after cigarette, disregarding non-smokers, especially children, including their own. It would be enough to ban smoking on the terrace of the restaurant and allow smoking on the terrace next to the bar. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms are modern, spacious, well-equipped, with a huge, comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the sea, which is worth paying extra for, although you had to remind yourself to refill the shampoo container. Umbrellas and sunbeds are free of charge by the pool and on the beach, pool towels are available without a deposit. A place by the pool and on the beach at any time without a problem. The beach was a disappointment. Narrow with one or two rows, no toilet, no changing room, and a bar that does not befit a 5* hotel. Nevertheless, the waiters from the beach bar give us A+! Helpful and smiling, they wandered along the beach, collecting orders and offering something to drink on a good morning. At the end, I had to pay for lunch because I started my hotel day with lunch and we were not entitled to alcoholic drinks on the last day, which was quite strange and it was the first time I had encountered such rules.

Very nice place to stay and to have some nice time. Shortly and to the point. POSITIVES: very polite personnel (for everything ask Mr Kostas!) clean, comfortable and renovated rooms, the location is perfect,close to the sea (has his own beach) with showers and a beautiful pool. The food is very tasty and also breakfast too. I have to say that the personnel had all the necessary protection for the COVID-19 includes the way for food delivery and everything. They gave a maximum attention for costumers protection. Free WiFi, free parking, 7min from town and also 7min from Ag. Paraskeyi (a place with perfect sand, sea and many beach bars), family friendly. NEGATIVES: I donโt have to say anything especially if Iโm thinking and the situation that all will lives now.... Strongly recommended.

We had a great time at Ramada: great hotel, kind people, beautiful beach, good food. This is a convinient place for families with children as the food is suitable for them and the beach is very close to the hotel, with great sand and clear cristal water. Unfortunately, there are some small issues regarding the drinks at All Inclusive package. At 11 pm everything is off. Also, if you go for example at the toilet, at around 11 pm , and you let your table unsupervised, you won't find anything on it when you return, not even your full cups. There isn't a great variety of drinks, also. All in all, it was a pleasant and relaxing time, unforgetable though!

Our recent stay at this hotel was our second, and regrettably, it did not improve from our first visit. Despite the Ramada branding, the hotel falls significantly short of the expected standards.
The breakfast buffet was a major disappointment. It is not replenished regularly, making it difficult to find something to eat as guests rush in. This lack of management results in an unsatisfactory start to the day.
Housekeeping services also left much to be desired. Rooms are not cleaned unless you explicitly request this at the reception, which is inconvenient and not what you would expect from a reputable hotel. Additionally, one of the cleaning staff was rude to my wife, which was unacceptable and further marred our experience.
The pool area, while visually appealing, is plagued with issues. The staff there can be patronizing, detracting from the relaxing atmosphere, and mosquitoes are a persistent problem.
On a positive note, Kostas, the Food and Beverage Manager, stands out as a true tourism professional. His exceptional politeness and competence were much appreciated and provided a welcome contrast to the otherwise disappointing experience.
Based on our experiences, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Excellent place, Excellent staff, Excellent covid-19 safety rules and protocols. The staff really honors the famous Greek Hospitality and make someone feel like being at his own home. The food as long as the amenities of the hotel are one more of its strong assets.

Myself and my partner visited Ramada Plaza for a few days in October 2020 with our business Amazing Travel Guides. We couldnโt have wished for a more pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. We witnessed many beautiful sunsets and enjoyed our days by the pool which overlooked the private beach. We visited the spa during our stay and enjoyed our treatments thoroughly. The food was very tasty and we really felt relaxed and refreshed after a few days at this gorgeous resort. I would recommended staying here to anyone who wants to relax and escape the pressures of life for a few days.

I checked into the hotel at 02:00 at night, I saw that there was no complimentary water in my room. When I asked the reception, they said that no complimentary water was provided. Unfortunately, no hotel where you pay these fees does not have this kind of service understanding, there is no bellboy service, there is a wall breaking noise coming from the room next to me at 08:00 in the morning. Moreover, on Sunday morning, I woke up, I called and they stopped, but they started again at 10:00, I called again and they stopped, but I couldn't sleep again and I definitely didn't listen, I conveyed my complaint to the reception, the reception manager called the hotel manager to explain the situation, but they spoke Greek between themselves and the person who came, the general manager even to my face. He said something angry to the reception manager and left without looking at me. They said I could check out late, but I couldn't sleep again and left the hotel. I regret staying in this hotel. The room is spacious, villa style, the interior of the room is average, the breakfast is insufficient, you can never get service for the money you pay, you can get this price in another hotel. I recommend you stay.

All the personnel was really friendly and helpful, from the maitre to the housekeepers. Great location, really clean, perfect for families and delicious breakfast! Canโt wait to visit next year! They were cleaning our rooms every day, everyone tried to help us and serve us with the best possible way! Mr Konstantinos was really helpful by providing us great tips for the area and what to do. I strongly suggest this place to everyone who wants to enjoy relaxed holidays, nice environment, happy faces and good facilities! Alexandroupoli is a city with great gastronomy, people and hidden gems! I hope that the municipality will advertise it more as Greece has to offer more than just islands! ๐ thanks you for everything!

It is a nice hotel with sea and pool facilities. The rooms are big and comfortable. We stayed one night only. The spa area is not included in the price, which is not common in this sort of hotels. The breakfast seems to be rich but not very good quality.

First of all we would like to thank you for your interest in our hotel. Unfortunately we do not have a basketball court in the hotel. We suggest you to visit the city's courts which are 10 main drive from the hotel.
On the other hand, you can use our state of the art fitness center which is located inside our Thalasso & Wellness Spa in the hotel. Please visit our site for more information.
