We booked just a few days before arrival and got a great deal (£85 for three nights self-catering) Our room 210 was perfect for our family of four, with a balcony and sea view. There was a small kitchenette (although no kettle), decent shower / bathroom and everything was clean and in good order. The rooftop pool is reasonable and...

We stayed here for one week. We Enjoyed our stay. Stayed in a room with inland view. We would of preferred the harbour view for sure. The beds were very hard, no kettle , but was a large pan you can use . The breakfast was more Greek . Plenty if you like that . But I found the choice...

Have stayed here a couple of times. As the title suggests, perfect location! Beach right around the corner and near to shops, restaurants and bars. Can sit at the front of hotel and watch the fishermen come in with their catch and sell it from their boats. Hotel is clean, rooms have everything you need except a kettle (had to...

Stayed here for a couple of nights. This hotel has a convenient location next to the marina. The closest beach is a short walk toward lambi. The staff did their job without any unusual behavior or comments. The prices here are in the budget range. For the price the quality is good. There is a pool and deck on the...

Firstly, this must be the best located hotel in Kos overlooking the Marina and close to the beach castle shops and square. Has a large rooftop terrace and pools. Breakfast on the terrace in front of the Marina is a superb way to start the day. Spotlessly clean. Only down side ...and it is minor...is that we had an appartment...

Dear Paul. Thank you for choosing to spend your holidays at Kosta Palace Hotel. We are delighted to read that your stay with us lived up to your expectations. I would like to express that we are sad we could not accomodate your request to upgrade to sea view room, being a city hotel that is open all year round...

Have been to Kos Town many times and this is the nicest hotel that we have stayed in. Room was very nice and clean and we had excellent views over the harbour. Lots of choice for breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Will definately stay there again on our next visit, which we are booking very soon.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, close to everything in Kos city. We were family of 4 persons and the room was big enough , the staff are very kind and let us feel at home. The hotel is not luxury hotel, but for us it was OK cause we come to see the island and not to stay at...

Landed here on the 7th September with lovely views of the harbour, we was put in a hotel room with view of a very old dated abandoned building, could just see the harbour, we didn't complain though this was fine for us. All the staff are very friendly and are happy to help with anything. There was a couple of...
