Since some years we come for one to two weeks to Lato boutique hotel and it is always a pleasure to come here. Friendly and competent staff, nice rooms and overwhelming view to the old harbour. A reason to come again.

Spent 3 very enjoyable days with family in this hotel. Great location (5 min on foot to Archeological Museum) and valet parking for free, which is very helpful in Iraklion. View of port and fortress from restaurant in fourth floor. Our room had air conditioning and a fast WiFi connection. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet, which was included....

Ideal location near the city centre with view to the port, very comfortable and clean rooms, kind and friendly personnel, amazing breakfast based on local products. It is the definition of Cretan "philoxenia" what else to ask from a hotel in Crete?

This hotel is close to port and bus station. Also you can walking to the Venezian Castle. The restaurant at the top has a wonderful view. We booked a room months before and we felt disapointed when they told us that our room was located at annex building in front of the hotel. Well, the room was small and looked...

Loved the hotel. Rooms were huge and very modern. Breakfast was the most delicious we experienced in Greece. Was only a short walk to most sites (port, museums etc) They even left surprise snacks, fresh pastries and ouzo in the evening in our room when we got back from our tours of the day. They helped us get taxis and...

The friends we were travelling with had stayed here the previous year so we re-booked and also asked for their same room on the 5th floor. We were given rooms 501 and 502 which were very comfortable and spacious and had a great view over the old harbour. You cannot beat the location of this hotel, just a few minutes...

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to get a last minute New Years Eve reservation in the hotel dining room, which was wonderful. We were in the adjacent building, but our room overlooked the harbor and had a great view. It is also within walking distance of a busy downtown area where you could shop, walk around, etc....

The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I have ever encountered. The most amazing thing they did was when my son was feeling under the weather and all he wanted to eat was chicken soup which was not on the menu. They called the kitchen and had it made and sent to his room. I can't top...
