Wanting to make a surprise visit to a friend I was looking for cheap and cheerful accommodation and came across this small family run hotel situated just off the centre of Chania. Room charges are very reasonable and, not sure if due to booking portal used but, no deposit required and cancellation permitted, with no charge, up to 8 days...

This hotel has a good location, walk distance from Chania harbour and bus station. The room is simple but clean, good bed, nice balcony, and bathroom just OK. Two person from the staff were very unfriendly, speak poor english and couldn't answer simple questions, but the other guy in the reception was very nice.

The hotel has a good location. One of the receptionist was really nice and gave us plenty of good advice, but the other two dont speak english so we could not comunicate. What i also do not like that they even do not say hello or something like that, they actually went away when you came. Even if the hotel...

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Near the bus station what was very handful. Unfortunately we had bad luck with our room neighbours very noisy and we could here everything they were doing, it felt like they were in the room, so annoying.

My husband and I had no booking and were looking for a accommodation in Chania. We met Nikos at the reception and he was the most kind host. He helped us with everything we needed and gave us plenty of tips. His service was so good that I kept his business card, just in case we go back! The room...

Hotel Tina isn't grand or luxurious but it was a wonderful stay. The staff are so pleasant and helpful with directions and advice about Chania and Greece in general. The hotel is in an excellent location, 5-10 minutes from old Chania and the bus station. The facilities are basic but we didn't find this an issue, it was expected with...

The room was fine. A little lacklustre but fine. The big disappointment for us was that it was advertised to have a kitchenette (which it did) but then there was no cookware. We were hoping to make some of our meals but were unable to. The location is good. Really close walking distance to the old town. I would say...

Room size is ok with fridge, bathroom ok with hot water but the shower was not working properly, street a bit loud, no breakfast offered, one receptionist was not speaking English so difficult to communicate. Good location to visit Chania

Me and my boyfriend have spent three days in Chania. It's a quiet hotel, it's perfect especially for young people and it's close to everything: shops, restaurants, pub, and the central bus station. It's 5-10 minutes to the old harbour! The staff is kind and lovely! Thanks.

We arrived and Nikos waited for us with a big smile and in 5 minutes we are finished with papers and payment and we were in our room which have more than we hoped for low budget hotel. The fastest internet connection of all hotels I have been all over the world! Comfortable bed and hot water. If you look...
