Very nice hotel in the city. Ideal for holidays conference and seminars. Nice and clean roomms delicious food. Friendly people and excellent service. You also can go everywhere by foot. Suburban buss stop is very close. Visit easy and fast old harbour commercial centre and sightseeing

The pictures on their website are nothing like reality. They claim to be renovating the hotel, and the construction noise definitely reflects it. The temperature control systems in the rooms are from the 60's, the shower head shoots at the middle of the curtain, and beds are completely worn out. If you are looking for a nice hotel to get...

The hotel is very close to the main bus station so it can be easily get there if you use bus from the Chania Airport. It is very close to the sea and walking area full with a lot if interesting shops. Rooms are very nice and comfortable with air-conditioning system in it. I have enjoyed my stay and recommend...

I'll start with some positives. The hotel is in a good location only a 10min walk left to a nice beach and 10 min walk right to the main harbour for bars and restaurants. The reception area of the hotel is nice and the breakfast is good. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the pool. 4 of us wanted a...

Let me start with the positives; it's 10 minute walk to sea front chania town which isn't too bad. The staff are very accommodating (we wanted an iron & kettle and they brought us one). Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh linen. The negatives; we had no balcony (if you want a balcony ask for a smoking room), pool is tiny...

If this is a 4 star hotel then the local caravan park or YMCA must be 5 star! toilets don'T flush properly, no hot water until the afternoon(despite repeated requests) ancient air conditioning system that has a broken thermostat.Slept with winter blanket in the middle of summer.etc etc.If you're even considering staying here then go and see good psychiatrist first....

The first fault was that I was not given the room I booked. I received a room without a balcony and changed to the correct room 2 days later. No compensation whatsoever was given by the hotel manager even though she handled my complaint just for the sake of the inconvinience caused for a booking made 4 months before traveling....

The biggest selling point for this hotel is its location and its staff! When we booked we read it was in the process of renovating the rooms and had hoped it would be completed but unfortunately we ended up with one of the older rooms. So while they are dated, they are kept clean. The bed was comfortable, we had...
