This hotel is beautiful and is very clean. But the staff treats you very poorly, and if you need help with something they don't help you. For example, this one lady said no to help me with my GPS, laundry, and kept on complaining about her job.

During our stay one of the hotel employees told us about an inquiry we had that this is a hotel in Greece that things are done right. And this was the case indeed. The rooms were very clean as all of the hotel areas, towels and sheets replaced very often. The rooms are renovated as is most of the hotel... More

This is a very nice hotel at Kalamaki. The location is great, since you can find a perfect beach 5 minutes away on foot, cafes and restaurants all around. At the same time it is a quiet place, but not far away from harbor or Platanias and Agia Marina. The hotel has a nice, considerably big swimming pool, the rooms... More

A hotel located by the sea with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet included a variety of products for every liking. Great location near Chania. The room was generally clean but a negative thing that could be mentioned is the dust found on some of the furniture. We had to clean those surfaces before placing our stuff.

This was our second time at the Elektra Beach and we had another fantastic time. The hotel is lovely and clean, with rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a very peaceful, laid back atmosphere at the hotel. It is situated on a road leading to Stalos one way and Chania the other.... More

Facilities are great, like rooms, bed , shower , pool, sun beds , and breakfast. But the POOLBAR could have been so much better ! I don't recommend to eat and drink here ! It's a pity cause it could be a cool place to stay all the time if they offered better food and drink and maybe arrange different... More

The hotel fulfills all the criteria of a decent stay in the area of Kalamaki in Chania through the pleasant accommodation at the nicely furnished rooms, the helpful and smiling staff and the delicious breakfast for the kick off of the day. I only wish there were a better internet connection as I had difficulty logging in for a long... More

We have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay here to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The rooms are beautifully furnished and spotless and the owner, his son Antonis and all the staff are very attentive and pleasant, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and food is available from the restaurant during the day and night... More

Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day. The location is good, just a 15min drive to Chania. There is a beach right in front of the hotel which doesn't seem great but that's what the swimming pool is for. The breakfast was good, nothing special but can't complain... More
