This was actually the first time we've stayed in a resort like this - with all the bungalows, villas, pools etc. We were lucky to grab a good deal on price and room upgrade. It is probably fully sufficient for people who don't want to leave premises. If you do go out to the Agios Nikolaos town, it is a 20mins walk. Our room was spacios, comfortable, with a bath-tub in the bathroom. The balcony offered an amazing view over the pool, sea and mountains in the distance. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful, with local products available. Just be aware the resort is located on a steep hill - be prepared to use the elevator or walk a lot.

This Hotel has the most amazing views. It is definitely worth booking a sea view room, however the views from the main bar, lounge and dining room are stunning too. As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff are extremely friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. We didnt manage to catch names but would like to mention the two staff working in the main bar,and the restaurant managers in the A La Carte restaurant and the main restaurant. They were extremely lovely people and worked really hard to please the hotel guests. They succeeded as far as we were concerned. We ate in the A La Carte restaurant twice but unfortunately hardly anyone used this restaurant and the food was not exceptional. With regard to food, there was no allergen information in front of the food so you had to ask the Head Waiter which foods were acceptable for a particular diet. We have been to a number of all inclusive hotels, all of which identified the allergens alongside the food which in my opinion is much better. The food was plentiful but didnt vary very much. Due to covid you cannot help yourself to food but the staff were very accommodating in giving you exactly what you asked for. The Hotel has very good Covid measures in place. The Hotel felt very safe. The bedroom we had was a bit basic and the shower room very small. Not sure if this is typical of Greece as there was no bath. There are alot of steps in and around the hotel and the drive up to the hotel is very steep so bear this in mind if this is something you need to take into account. We have tried to give an honest review, anything a little negative would definitely not put me off staying at the hotel again. Our holiday was made fabulous by the staff and the superb views.

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback and kind review. This year which was very peculiar for all the world, our focus was in keeping the anti-Covid19 measures in place, as the Greek government instructed. We are also very careful with food safety and standards are we are certified for ISO 22000/9001. Our guests can freely instruct us on their dietary requirements and we try to fulfil any request. This includes allergens for which we are required by law to announce at the entrance of the restaurant that our staff is at the disposal of all clients who wish to ask about them in our menu. We will pass along all your comments regarding our staff and we thank you for choosing our resort for your holiday destination. We can't wait to have you back next year!

We had a wonderful week relaxing at this super hotel. All the staff were really friendly, the facilities were great and there was always a superb selection of food and drinks available. We would especially recommend a visit to the Spa; Marietta was charming and knowledgable about all the treatments available and Stelina’s massages were fantastic! All our aches and pains gone after an hour in her hands.

I booked a holiday just a few days before departure knowing that COVID could be an issue, but the staff and procedures in place minimized the risks. And in fact I travelled infection free. Clients health was a priority. The earthquake occurred on a Monday morning at 7:11. It was a 5.2 event with the epicenter north and off shore. The room/bed gently shook back and forth for a minute or so. It was a quite gentle rocking. The staff of the hotel was second to none from the check in process, concierge services, meals, poolside, desk inquiries and check out. With respect to amenities, the room is small and the tables within the rom made it difficult to more around the double bed room for designed most likely for a parent with child. The view from the room was however outstanding. The pool areas were for the most part clean and well maintained. As it was "off-season" there was plenty of places to sit and relax. Meals were as expected. Both breakfast and dinner outdoors on a balcony was a nice touch. The handling of food by staff was excellent. The portions were generous to a fault. My only issue with the 5 night stay was that house keeping is not an every day service. I was informed ahead of time at check-in. In any case, on day 3, ants appeared in the room. There is a rocky beach across the street from the hotel. Be sure to wear appropriate beach shoes for a rocky shore. The location is central to the east side of the island. Nothing is more than 2 hours away. In the end, I feel I got more than my monies worth.

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback and kind words. It is true that this year we focused greatly in the anti-Covid19 protocols issued by the Greek government and we are so pleased for all the praise and positive response we had from our customers. As you correctly mention, we implemented a non-daily cleaning of the rooms (as is indicated in the aforementioned protocol) but we did specify that we will change linen/towels at the request of the guest. We thank you for choosing our hotel for your holiday and we hope to see you back next year!

Anyone who is concerned about COVID can be assured this hotel had their clients safety at heart. My friend and i had a beautiful sea view room, they provided high end toiletries. The room was bright and welcoming ,so much so we were more than happy to spend most off the day in it, sunbathing on our large balcony on very comfortable sun loungers. Buggies are provided to take you to the bottom of the hill which the hotel is situated on. I would definitely recommend a sea view room. We had a very enjoyable relaxing time here. Accompanied by a few spa treatments which were well worth the money.
