Stayed a full week and couldn't have been happier! Everything in walking distance. Tons of awesome restaurants in Iroon Square just down the street. A beautiful church just across the street and a school of gastronomy just down the street. Psiri is a great area to explore but very short walk to the Plaka as well. The hotel is in...

Simple hotel for overnight, room needs renovation (the furniture are scrathed). I'm not smoking, so I wasn't happy to smell the tobacco in my room. Not far from the main street, but the surrounding streets didn't look safe..

Located in Psyrri near Iroon Square, the hotel was quiet, with clean rooms and a friendly and helpful staff. Enough space for the luggage in the room, bath room with a glass window, correct breakfast. The hotel is simple, modern business hotel. No drinking water provided in the room, the breakfast is simple, the location is little inside from the main road and confused cab drivers. Walking could feel little artsy shady but it's seem safe.

Staying in Psirri / Gazi

Neighbourhood Profile
Psirri / Gazi
Side-by-side neighbourhoods Psirri and Gazi provide some of the city’s prime nightlife. The almost claustrophobic streets of Psirri feature an interesting blend of original small businesses with the restaurants, cafés and bars that have recently sprouted up. The central artery of Agion Anargiron Street has lively places to eat or drink. Further west, you can visit the peaceful ancient cemetery of Keramikos, then cross busy Pireos Street to find yourself in Gazi. With the huge Technopolis performance and art complex converted from old gasworks at its heart, you really have to come at night to appreciate this maze of bars at its best, although a daytime stroll will allow you to admire the excellent street art.
