We stayed here two nights during Valentines weekend. It was so good, we came back canceling another hotel and stayed extra two nights. Athens’ restaurants are all closed with a lockdown so it was a sweet treat to stay here where the restaurant was only opened to hotel guests. The food was amazing and we did order every item from the menu. Pork Souvlaki and hamburger was the best. I liked the salmon but the skin part was not crispy which I would have prepared. When you order a bottle of wine, ham and cheese tray comes with it. George was our favorite server but all the staff are very nice and professional. We had a room with a balcony and a view of the acropolis. The room is quite small, I guess European standard but elegant and the special hamam shower is incredible with sprays jetting from the wall. Do ask for a room with a hamam bath. We will be returning in April so will stay here again. …
Excellent location!Excellent service! Very good breakfast and dinner, the room was spacious, clean, very beautiful and the view was amazing! The staff was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful Very recommended 😊
Super friendly service, great location, got an upgrade at check-in to a room with steam bath. Modern rooms. Breakfast is also delicious (plus a great view) and you get good recommendations what to do and where to eat. Clear recommendation!
This hotel is modern, clean, very well located but the most important aspect to us was the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. From front desk to housekeeping to restaurant employees, the service was solid and consistent throughout. Something that is rare to see these days... We really appreciated it, thank you.
This was our first trip to Athens and we absolutely loved our stay at the Elia Ermou hotel. The location is perfect, centrally located and minutes away from Syntagma square. You can take the metro directly from the airport for €9. Our room was spotlessly clean, had a huge shower room with separate bathroom and a gorgeous view of the Acropolis from the veranda! The upscale district of Plaka and the Monastiraki flea market are both nearby. We hiked up to the top of the Acropolis, which only took 30-minutes and offered stunning views of the city. Service at the hotel was superb and our 5th floor room was remarkably quite for the centre of Athens. Breakfast from the rooftop, offering stunning views, cannot be missed. If we ever visit Athens again, I would definitely stay at Elia Ermou without hesitation! Thank you again for your warm hospitality!…
