Yes this is an old hotel but with great character and charm. Food was beautiful the staff are so lovely and the setting of this village is picture perfect. Our room was so clean. This hotel is not modern by any means but who wants modern-day this is a little quirky place and we loved it.

stayed at the Swan for 3 nights whilst seeing friends locally. found the Swan a pleasant and friendly place to stay. Staff were genuinely welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable. The Swan is full of character and odd shaped walls which a pleasure to see. we would definitely return if we needed to visit Harleston again

We stayed overnight with our two children in one of the family rooms with a four poster bed. Very warm welcome from all of the staff. We enjoyed a hearty evening meal in a secluded room with some friends who also had young children. The vegetarian choice was limited but very good. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The whole building...

I stayed in October for one night with two others. I used the online booking system and booked into a room which advertised itself as having both a double bed and a fold-out bed, to accommodate the three of us. I emailed ahead to ensure that they were expecting three people and to make sure the fold-out would be made...
