Guests from Singapore to Sydney all rave about Bellevue Farmstay, a working farm atop a hill in majestic country Victoria, just minutes from the 12 Apostles and the Great Ocean Road. Kiss a camel? Kid around with goals? Cuddle an alpaca? Ride a sheep? Drive a tractor? You name it - our guests get up close and personal with all our lovely animals. We offer a lengthy Animal Feeding each morning plus a Dairy Visit in the evening to watch 600 cows being milked. Nearby at dusk during the winter months, we usually catch sight of some kangaroos in the wild. The large Farm House sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably across 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, plus we have additional sofa bed sleepers in Lounge & Family Room. Split HVAC system plus wood-burning heater in the large carpeted Family Room.

Our experience at Bellevue was absolutely amazing! The booking process was seamless, and all our queries and emails were promptly addressed. Thank you, Lisa, for such excellent communication. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Mandy, who welcomed us, was an incredibly lovely lady. She gave us a warm tour of the property and ensured everything was just as we needed.
The farmhouse was fully equipped with comfortable bedding, luxurious seating areas, a spacious dining area, and a complete kitchen. There was even a barbecue pit, and both Lisa and Mandy guided us on where to find the best supplies for meals and groceries.
The animals on the farm were well cared for, healthy, and clean. Lisa and Warren took the time to share delightful stories about each animal, which my daughters absolutely loved. They even got the chance to milk cows and try driving a tractor—an unforgettable experience for them!
The true highlight of Bellevue, however, was the people. Lisa, Warren, Mandy, and Wendy, your kindness and genuine love for your guests, your animals, and what you do made our stay so special. Your hospitality and friendship were truly heartwarming, and we cannot thank you enough.
We will undoubtedly return the next time we’re in Melbourne. Thank you again for creating such beautiful memories for our family!

Our family of 8 - 6 adults, 1 teen and 1 kid loved the cosy farmstay and the beautiful views it offered. Being the only farmstay they had on site, we enjoyed exclusive farm activities in the morning whereby the gracious hosts brought us patiently around the farm on their tractors to feed and interact with the animals. We thoroughly enjoyed the farm activities and would definitely recommend it for the hands-on experience and friendly hosts!
It was also a convenient base for us to explore the Great Ocean Road, which is a short drive away. The hosts had prepared some useful itineraries which we found to be very helpful in planning our afternoons whilst staying at the farm.
All in all, it was a memorable stay and highly recommend to families looking for a similar experience!

Beautiful setting for families with kids. We had a really good time at Bellevue Farmstay. We were blown away by Warren's hospitality and kids thoroughly enjoyed the tractor and Mule rides, and of course the animal feeding.

We were initially anxious about the bushfire situation, but Wendy was super helpful and updated us promptly. When we arrived, it was green everywhere. We learnt that the farm was far from the affected areas and we felt safe.
The accommodation was nice and clean and well equipped for cooking and a good nights rest.
This is a working farm! We got a chance to come up close with the different farm animals and got to feed them and learn about their habits and personalities! Fell in love with the alpacas!
We would definitely recommend Bellevue for an enjoyable farmstay experience!

During these difficult times myself and 12 of my friends plus a puppy and an infant decided to spend Queens Birthday long weekend at Bellavue Farmstay, what we experienced was just magical. From a wonderful property with magnificent views to a clean, well equipped house Bellavue is just a fantastic place to get away to. It is perfect for groups with children and pets as well as for families of any size. But the most special thing about Bellavue is the family there, Warren and Wendy are the nicest most genuine people we have met in a long time. They take the time out to give you the best experience you can have. I loved this weekend and I can't wait to return! Families with children should especially visit the farm and take part in the animal feeding..such a great experience! Thankyou Warren and Wendy ♥️

This is our second time back at Bellevue and we loved every minute of it. All the facilities are there, washing machine, dryer, dish washer and the whole lot of cutlery and crockery which my family made full use of. The place was really clean and spotless. Even the hard to please Mummy when it comes to cleanliness was full of praises.
Wendy and Warren were excellent hosts who went all the way to make us feel at home. Koalas and kangaroos sightings made our trip memorable. It was a real good break for city dwellers like us. The location of Bellevue was also great as all the other places of interest were in the vicinity.

My husband first comment when he stepped out of the car was "I don't know if I can bear to leave this place when we leave!" The children headed straight to the mini playground right in front of the house and ran in the house so carefree and so excited over their beddings...
The hosts, Wendy, Warren and Lisa were so welcoming and they always have a smile on their face. You can tell how much they love the farm and the animals.
The animals, especially Zoe the sheep/goat, leaped in joy when she first met us... For food of cos.

Wendy and Warren were excellent hosts that helped make our stay in Melbourne farm stay a most memorable one. The guest house was large and cozy enough to accommodate my family of six (with rooms to spare). Wendy was also very accommodating in catered to our special request in making arrangement to have all 4 kids staying in the same room. This was the first time the kids visited Melbourne and had loved the time spent on the farm feeding and playing with the animals. It was really a good bonding time with the family and there were always activities to keep the kids occupied. Wendy also provided guidance on where and what we can do when not spending time on the farm. Definitely will strongly recommend any family that is targeting for a farm stay in Melbourne.
