We have just come back from 16 night stay on a bed & breakfast basis. We were in room 25 and was perfect for us. Room was clean, comfortable and we had fresh towels and room cleaned daily. Breakfast was ample and the choices were good. We liked that this was a small complex and it felt there was a more personal approach as the staff got to know you. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Must mention them by name and if I have forgotten anyone, I apologize. Milk, Apple, Lim, Pro, Son Chai were all lovely and how can I forget the main character Buddy, the hotels dog. Also the owner sat every morning having his breakfast in the restaurant.
We made use of getting our clothes washed and ironed. Great service and very reasonable cost.
The pool was a perfect size and we never had a problem getting a sunbed.
We ate lunch quite a few times and always had delicious freshly prepared food.
For us this small complex was ideally situated on a beach we know well, very reasonably priced and highly recommend.

Samui Honey Cottages is a Family Pension located on the beautiful Choeng Mon Beach. This property is a small structure with about twenty very well equipped bungalows with wifi (free connection) in each room and restaurant. The establishment has deckchairs around the beautiful pool and on the beach. The staff is very helpful and very attentive. The restaurant offers very good Thai and International dishes. For guests with vehicles, free parking is available. If you are looking for a Quiet Inn. I would advise you.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The pool is small but nice. Staff are friendly and room is decent, but clearly needs rennovation (shower door wont shut properly stains on walls and shower floor.)
Only meal ive eaten was the 'included' breakfast. Definitely not worth it. Very low quality sausages, and many parts of the meal came out cold. Service was also very slow, with me waiting for 20 mins just to order on one ocassion. Drinks also seemed to be priced quite high in comparison to other places (280 for a cocktail).
The location however is excellent. Right on the beach. For the room alone its a decent place. (28-30 dollars) But id avoid it for food or drink.

We had the best time @samuihoneycottages. All the staff were amazing and so friendly. The location on Choeng Mon was perfect and only a short trip into Chewang and Fisherman village.
The food was delicious and we were guided to what to choose when they new our preferences and they were spot on.
Rooms were clean and tidy, The pool was a god send in the hot heat.
I would totally reccomend this hotel, I will definitely be going back. The staff definitely made our holiday and we felt like part of their family I cannot reccomend this hotel enough.
Travelled with my husband and 17 year old son. I will certainly miss Samui Honey Cottages, the people, the food and I could never get bored of waking up and eating breakfast with the breathtaking view.

Just back from 2 weeks and are already looking at next year. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the massage ladies were fantastic! Rooms are basic but comfortable and value for money for location and facilities. The food was some of the best along the beach and nothing was too much trouble in dealing with certain dietary requirements. The hotel and surrounding area was genuinely quiet and we felt very safe with our 2 children walking back to the room by themselves from the pool or beach.

Very quite area and close to many other restaurants. Right on the beach. Friendly staff, Milk, Coffee and Apple (will never remember their Thai names) as well as Pao and Ling and also the friendliest dog, Buddy. Nice choice at breakfast, rooms serviced everyday and good Wifi throughout the property. Only a 12 min motorbike ride to Chaweng and close to Bhoput and Big Budda. Will definitely visit again. Oupa (that is what Milk calked me)

What an incredible place to stay, right on the beach, surrounded by nature in one of the most idyllic bays we have ever seen. These cottages are such great value for money. No they are not 5 star Ritz but they are clean, comfortable and have the advantage of being in one of the friendliest places we have been. Not only are you made to feel welcome but the service you get is second to none, witness the treat we got for our 49th wedding anniversary

We were originally booked in their other property, but hadn't realised how far out it was. The staff were absolutely lovely and moved us to this beachfront resort for no extra cost and even included breakfast! We are so grateful for their understanding. It is so amazing to wake up to such a beautiful beach, it really is paradise. All the food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff there were great too. They also have a brilliant massage area near the beach, which we really needed after trying to paddle board!

We enjoyed the dinner at honey cottage very much. The setting is right at choeng mon beach, beautiful sunset and soft sand. Food is very good especially seafood dishes. Southern style cuisine. Highly recommended

We went to the restaurant only last night got dinner food was Judy òk The ting that really pissed me off is that we were charged .twice 30 Bart for ice to add to our drinks. Never ever been charged for ice It is penny pinching at its best. Will not be going back even though I'm here for another 6 nights
