This hotel is such good value situated at the perfect position on Choeng Mon beach. The swimming pool is great a nice sized one. Don't expect 5 star but the bungalow rooms are comfortable with aircon and fridge and start 10m from the beach. A nice quiet area with all you need on the doorstep.

We stayed here only one night, but would have loved to stay longer. The hotel was clean with lovely staff who booked us our ferry for the following day and the van to get us there. There are some good restaurants in the area. The rooms are big and spacious. There is a pool and it is super close to...

I woke up and swung open the doors to the deep and spacious balcony to the welcoming sounds of birds, cicadas, the smell of sea, the sight of burgeoning trees bowing in the breeze, the bright orange of the tamarind trees, the pendulous ripening mangoes on three other trees. In other words I woke up in this lush paradise from...

Very reasonably priced hotel. Clean room. Fittings and furnishings tired. Laundry clean but had old washed - in stains. New bottles of water daily. Good breakfast. Pool green until the staff filtered the water. Bed linen and towels changed daily. Loungers on beach appear to be reserved by staff for certain hotel guests - very strange. Booked on Internet. Room...

Rooms were filthy, all housekeeping staff seemed to do was make the beds. On my last day, the pool was so dirty it was murky! Staff at the beachfront restaurant kept telling us to move off the loungers as they had them 'reserved' even though we were paying customers!! Would never stay here again.

I have stayed here many times in the past and I still love where the hotel is situated. Unfortunately it has not been that well kept over the last years and could do with a refurb! Rooms were too expensive for what you get and they need to clean communal areas better. The restaurant next door is overly priced with...

After reporting it to reception they sent someone to fix the door, but was unable to do anything with the safe.We were told they would have another safe the next...

I recently stayed at the Cheong Mon Beach Hotel with my daughter and grand daughter. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was simply furnished, with a good bathroom. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the sheets and towels renewed regularly. Very good value for money. We had a lovely large, clean pool just outside out door. We we...

The hotel is very very good....rooms excellent. Al rooms have a view to the pool. The pool is well maintained.... Close by to the market so you can any time just walk and have a walk in the market. The place is on the beach which gives u easy access to the beach. A serene and beautiful beachside.

This is a case of false reviews. this resort is a dive. what little furniture there is, is old and broken. The beds are terrible. the rooms are barely livable. The drunk clientele may start yelling across the resort and jumping in the pool at 3 AM in the morning. Stay away!
