We spent 7 days with our boys (5 and 7 years) in the merger in October. It was just a dream. From airport pickup to accommodation, pools, food, massages etc. Everything was very clean and organized. Joe and the whole team went out of their way to make our holiday a dream. Upgrading to a pool villa was of course a great surprise. The boys felt right at home in the whole complex, especially the Fusion Farm with the animals had loved it for the children. While we could enjoy our massages, the boys in the farm were taken care of. The concept with the massages is really great. Every morning the children could enjoy an hour of tennis practice. The breakfast was delicious, for us a table was set and reserved in the morning especially outdoors. Dinner a la carte was super delicious and even the children were met every wish of Chef Ivan. Thank you very much to the entire Fusion team and especially Joe to make our stay such a great one. The Fusion is really a wonderful experience. The pool villas and the pool beach villas are fantastic. They really think about how you can feel above average comfortable. In the evening, small lanterns burn in the villa. If the sun comes out, you get sunscreen. It is a complex with stylish flair and lots of atmosphere. The spa is sensational. This perfection actually surprised us. Every day a massage or wellness treatment is included in the price of the overnight stay. The rooms were made up as soon as we had breakfast. Vegetarian food was cooked for us free of charge for breakfast. It was really very good. The hotel offers an excursion that I highly recommend. I don't think it could be more private and luxurious.

This was my 3rd time coming here. My Chief Fusionista (Host) Mrs Nathalie Mai Huynh makes our experience better and better each time. She really knows how to make people feel welcomed and get them straight to relaxing. She is one of the reason I keep coming back. She can speak English, French and Vietnamese.
Everything is wonderful at this resort. The daily massages/Spa treatments are so good and relaxing. They have a great breakfast buffet or if you don’t want to go out they have a 24 hour breakfast menu With the choice of Vietnamese or Western menu that can be delivered to your room, I think it’s a great idea for those that don’t like getting up early and feel obligated to go to the buffet or for those that don’t want to socialize. All the staff are always smiling friendly and looking to help in any possible way they can. The restaurant at the hideaway pool is good for $30 per person they have a all you can eat from 12-5pm. Bartenders walk by the pool and make sure you are always good in drinks. They are fast too, no waiting. The entire establishment is very clean and very well maintained. The van that comes pick you up with fresh cold towels and fresh cold water bottles it also has wifi in the van. The sunrise at the pool at the beach are so breath taking I make sure to get myself a Vietnamese iced coffee and enjoy it everyday that I am there.

Our stay at Fusion Resort has probably been one of the best experiences of our entire life! As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by David, the general manager and the amazing team, who made us feel treated like family. David explained the different aspects of the Resort and especially the farm that they have and in which they have chickens, goats, pigs and also grow their own vegetables. We found it a very innovative concept, as they use food scraps to feed the animals and thus reduce the waste of the Resort, and at the same time the animals produce the fertilizer for the vegetables. They even offer you the possibility to pick your own eggs and cook them for you at breakfast, ideal for children!
Our villa with private pool was spectacular, we loved how spacious it was, how well decorated with its floating bathtub. The super large and very comfortable bed and private garden to rest in was very well maintained, overall a space to enjoy and relax totally.
Our experience in the Spa, was unbeatable too, me and my partner opted for the hot bamboo massage, included with our stay, and we found it wonderful. The massage therapists were very attentive and very professional.
The rest of the Resort facilities are equally spectacular, the main pool is huge with many beds and umbrellas to rest. The second pool is somewhat smaller but is located on foot from the private beach of the Resort.
The food and breakfast we had were exquisite! Breakfast is plentiful and with options for all tastes.
Finally, special mention to Thuy who helped us manage the transport to our next destination. If we had had the opportunity to extend our stay we would have done so without hesitation! So we will return as soon as we can to enjoy this little paradise in Vietnam again.

We spent 4 days at Fusion and felt completely comfortable. The attention was fully focused on the guest. Many thanks 🙏🏼 to the whole team including manager David.
The daily spa treatments were professional and the service was extremely courteous. Joe - our fusionist - took care of every issue in a loving manner with full commitment.
There is a small, well-kept and nicely laid out animal enclosure with chickens, pigs, goats, etc. You could collect the eggs yourself before breakfast.
The small yoga outdoor pavilion has a special ambience and classes for different levels are offered several times a day. The gym is spacious, flooded with light and well equipped. One of the pools in the resort is huge and good for swimming laps. The complex is spacious and there is always enough privacy - even outside the villa.

From the moment you arrive at the hotel reception, you feel special. It’s as if you’ve entered a world full of kindness, smiles, and tranquility. We’ve traveled to many places and stayed at numerous hotels around the world, but this one is truly one of a kind. I would 1000% recommend this hotel because I genuinely can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like. It’s stunning—the villas are immaculate, the bedding smells incredible, and the staff are always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful. We were fortunate to be looked after by Joe, which was such a treat.
I also want to extend my gratitude to all the gardeners and maintenance staff who work tirelessly to keep the place clean and beautiful. As a vegetarian, I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food options available.
I believe this place is perfect for everyone, whether you’re a couple with or without kids. Even if you have kids, you’ll still find time to relax, you can enjoy a daily spa treatment all to yourself! There’s a charming farm for kids where they can collect eggs in the morning and bring them to the chef to make breakfast. Plus, there are plenty of other activities for children throughout the day.
We’ve never returned to the same hotel before, but I am certain we will come back to this one—it’s simply paradise on earth!

A three night stay in an Ocean View Suite which in all honesty was Ocean facing rather than providing an amazing view. It mattered little as the resort is a wonderfully relaxing and aesthetically pleasing experience. The room was well appointed and very comfortable - only gripe were the heavy sliding wooden doors but I can appreciate their practicality. The Villas close to the beach look amazing.
The Spa is exceptional and the main draw for us. Great list of treatments very well organised and highly skilled staff. As good as it gets - it adds massive value to the experience.
The Fresh Restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner coupled with a pool next to the beach. Friendly and quick service and a special mention for Duyen and the rest of the team who made our stay so special. The home made ginger beer is superb ! Also found time to swim in the sea which was clean and invigorating. Oh and the farm is a great diversion and a bonus for those taking children.
There is also a large heated pool at the rear of the property with a nearby well equipped gym. The pool deepens to I think it was 1.4 from shallow so caters for all - which was very welcome and a wonderful calming and safe area to relax a few hours.
The shuttle bus to and from Nha Trang was very welcome and added to our stay. Overall a rewarding stay and one we hope to repeat. Without doubt a stand out property on that stretch of beach at Cam Ranh. Highly recommended and special thanks to Nathalie for her diligence and courtesy. We really appreciated the food and drink basket prepared for our road trip to the next destination.

It's actually only about 18 months ago that we stayed here & a lot of what I covered in my original review still stands (Aug 23). I wasn't actually going to do another review because of that but given the incredible service I felt it was only right to do a 2nd review. I will try & cover a few different things this time.
As returning guest we actually already had the contact details for our Fusionista Joe, literally as soon as I paid the balance he contacted us to arrange details. We were lucky enough as returning guests to receive an upgrade to an Ocean view villa (which I truly wasn't expecting given we were staying during Tet). Wow - if your budget will stretch or if you have a special occassion you should definitely consider these villas. Actually design wise inside is not hugely different to the Ocean View suite we stayed in last time but what makes them special is the private pool, loungers, wicker 'hammock' and gorgeous outdoor seating area.
Many of the staff remembered us & the service & food was as exceptional as last time (plus who can resist a daily massage/treatment in with your room rate).
Weather in January was pretty good, perfect during the day but a little chilly/windy at night so do take a jacket.
What I really have to call out though is the outstanding response so the travel challenges we had. Living in Singapore we can not fly direct or book connecting flights, so I did the same as our previous trip, left a good amount of time between our internal flights & international flight - or so I thought, until the delightful Vietnam Airlines delayed our internal flight by 2.5 hours with hardly any notice! Dawid the General Manager was amazing, our only chance to catch our flight home was to take a car to HCM, Within an hour Dawid's regular driver collected us, they prepared a beautiful packed lunch (including a bottle of wine!) and we were on our way. Unfortunately, it became apparent with the Tet traffic we were not going to make it, so Dawid liased with the General Manager of Fusion Original in HCM, arranged us a room (at a better rate than we could get online), you can read my review of that hotel separately but lets just say we were thoroughy looked after.

We stayed at the Fusion Resort Cam Rahn for 9 nights at the end of January 2024 at the end of a longer tour of Southeast Asia. To put this in context, I should mention that we generally really appreciate the type of concept of these resorts and have been regular guests at similar resorts in Bali, Lombok, Thailand, Mauritius and the Canary Islands for around 25 years. To sum up, I can already say that the Fusion Resort is definitely one of the best of its kind that we have ever visited. Probably even the very best, but that's not easy to say as memories fade over time and development continues. Everything is just right at the Fusion Resort. The wonderful location, the architecture, the design, the extensive facilities (e.g. an outstanding spa as well as a modern gym, an excellent and tasteful general pool area) as well as generous space in the spacious but smartly arranged complex. We had a so-called "Deluxe Pool Villa" on the side of the complex facing away from the sea.
Well, the infrastructure is excellent, but other resorts offer this in a similar form. What makes the Fusion Resort stand out in our opinion is the resort staff and how the whole operation is run. The attentiveness, courtesy and kindness of the staff is breathtaking - from the gardener and chambermaid to the hotel manager. Every, really every wish was read from our eyes. This applied to all staff without exception. Always friendly, always for the benefit of the guest. Room service was also thorough, efficient and discreet.
Here are just a few examples: By the second day, all the staff we had contact with knew our names and addressed us personally. Our preferences and wishes were secretly noticed without further mention and also passed on to other shifts and teams. Our favorite places were carefully registered and reserved for us without us having to do or say anything. The whole team worked together perfectly and functioned like a single organism. I know from my own job how much effort it takes to pull something like this off. Congratulations to the team and the management! Of course, there may be expensive luxury resorts around the world that are even more exclusive. But in this category and price range, we believe they are absolutely unbeatable.
For those interested: A paradise, unreservedly recommendable, you will not regret it!

Excellent resort - absolutely faultless. It’s the perfect place to unwind if you are visiting Vietnam - especially after the frantic pace of cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Min. It’s only 40min by plane from HCM and flights are very reasonable. You will be met at the airport by staff and the resort is a few minutes away.
If I had to pick highlight’s of Fusion…the staff, the spa, the food, the accommodation. In fact, difficult to pick out the highlights - it’s all so great!
Husband and I particularly enjoy the ‘breakfast anytime’. The spa treatments (included with your stay) are exceptional; the spa and spa staff so good that even my husband took advantage of them (he’s not known for having facials normally!) The food also rates a special mention - high quality and very reasonably priced. We had a villa with pool but if your accommodation does not have a private pool, the main pools are fabulous - never busy and lots of private seating areas. Husband and I commented that you really do feel cushioned from reality while on the resort.
Special mention to the exceptional staff. David has gathered a great team including Mr Joe - our ‘Fusionista’ who looked after us so well. From the warm welcome at the airport - to the fresh milk waiting at the villa for our tea - something he remembered from our last visit. Also Ms Suong, the manager of the restaurants. She looked after us incredibly well - her staff at the restaurants are charming and the plate of fresh mango that arrived at our table after dinner and in our room was so appreciated (I mentioned it was my favourite fruit!) Oh, and Natalie who had packed up some mangoes to take home - so incredibly thoughtful.
To sum up… perfect place to unwind after visiting some of the busier cities and easy to get to. We will be going back!

I am not sure about the shuttle schedule for the whole day. I was only interested in going to town for dinner. I took the taxi summoned by the resort to town at 5:30p. The fare was 350,000 Dong. It took about 40 mins to the restaurant. We took the free resort shuttle back to the resort at 9:00p.
All,items in Minibar will be charged to you. Only bottled water you can have free of charge. Bar prices are on western standard. For Vietnam food and drinks too expensive, this is the reason why main part of guest didn‘t have lunch and/or dinner in hotel. But frankly speaking the quality of the food what the chef in Fresh restaurant served was really high clas and we can recommend even for this western style price level.
There are more places to choose from in the Cam Hai Dong area.
