Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh is celebrated for its extensive amenities that cater especially well to children, although some guests have encountered overcrowding at breakfast and the pool. The resort's atmosphere divides opinion; the energetic vibe and music enchant many, but others prefer a quieter setting. Praise is consistent for the resort's cleanliness, with well-kept rooms and facilities enhancing stays.
Service is generally lauded as friendly and professional, though not without occasional lapses. However, the value proposition is contentious, with guests criticizing the high costs and extra fees. The rooms win acclaim for their comfort and space, but peak season bookings can lead to check-in frustrations.

Disadvantages: Even though as soon as we got off the bus, the staff enthusiastically assisted with luggage and checked guests into rooms, but they were not professional in welcoming guests. It may be because it's crowded, but we shouldn't let customers stand in line waiting to check in right at the entrance like that. Regarding the room, my family stayed in a studio with a beautiful sea view but the facilities were not good. Hotels should pay attention to the maintenance of condotel systems: elevators, hallway ceilings, wooden cabinets, and especially clean hallways. But the first impression was that I lost sympathy and felt extremely disappointed because it was not commensurate with the cost of the room and 5-star service. Because when we first walked in, the first thing we saw was the dusty hallway, the ceiling outside the hallway was peeling and not being taken care of. In addition, when passing through the villas, there is a lot of food left out on the street for the staff to clean up, making it look very dirty and unsightly. Room amenities are quite a lot: washing machine, iron, stove... but there are no necessary items included: laundry detergent, pots and pans, bowls and chopsticks... which need to be charged, some games also charge a bit too much. Hotels should offer appropriate fees for customers who want to use full-service services for both dining and entertainment. However, during the hotel stay, there are also many advantages that create a good impression for customers: The beach is very long, clean and beautiful, the sea is clear and blue, children can swim easily, and can play sports. on the sea. There are many fun activities in many different time frames, many different areas that both small and large children love: sand play, kite flying, rope climbing, wall climbing, soccer, water slides, learning. cooking, chocolate hour,... The staff are very friendly, especially impressed with the staff of the kidsclub area in the buffet restaurant, who plays with children very skillfully and is extremely likable. In addition, the hotel also has its own app to help customers easily grasp information and use convenient services. There should be a comment section on the app for guests.

My family had a 3-day, 2-night vacation at the resort. The resort grounds are very big and spacious. Upon arrival, my family was warmly welcomed from the lobby, assisted in unpacking and checking in luggage quickly and conveniently. Receptionist Mei was the one who welcomed my family and assisted in completing the check-in procedure quickly. I have a request from booking that my house is in a condotel so I want three rooms close together. Mei tried to arrange three rooms at once and her family got a room earlier than expected even though it was during the holiday season. In addition, Mei is also very enthusiastic in providing information about services and entertainment facilities in the resort very carefully and in detail. Mei also helped the family with quick checkout
In addition to the amenities of the common area such as a large swimming pool, towels in the swimming areas, slides, children's slide area, beach area, etc., the rooms are also very complete (ironing board, washing machine). , sun umbrellas, mineral water and soft drinks daily,...)
Movenpick Cam Ranh Resort has another advantage: the campus is very large but the tram takes guests very quickly, without having to wait long. All resort staff in all areas are extremely friendly, polite and fully support customers.
Regarding food, the breakfast buffet is very diverse and delicious. Many different types of cakes and culturally diverse foods are suitable for both Vietnamese and foreigners. My baby especially loves the free chocolate hour every 3-4pm and the lobby always has many mascots and balloons to play with the children.
Overall, my family still has a lot of services that we haven't experienced yet, such as Swiss Village, Spa area, Water Sports, etc. But Movenpick Cam Ranh is an extremely great choice for vacations.
See you again at Movenpick Cam Ranh in the near future! Thank you for the warm welcome of the resort!

The staff is friendly and the facilities are not old, which is nice. (Thank you especially to the kath staff) If you have any problems, they are handled through real-time chat on the app, so you can rest comfortably. It's difficult to go to Lecce because it's fully booked, but there are people who check out early, so if you tell them to check in early, they'll send you an email as soon as the room is ready. Spas are more expensive than local ones, but it was nice to get high quality at a cheaper price than in Korea during happy hour. However, all the food at Panorima Restaurant was not tasty... to the point of serious... The dinner buffet was especially bad, but the kids loved it because there was a magic show.

I came here during the summer and early December. These periods were quite crowded, so the level of neatness was relatively good, but the staff in all departments were happy and enthusiastic, especially the reservation staff, lobby & housekeeping & staff. ice cream staff at the water park. The villa is classy, the design is very special and luxurious, the trees are green, there are many play areas for children, my children really like it, in December there is a grand Christmas decoration. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the two experiences. Because I'm a meticulous person, I asked a lot of questions, from the booking department friends Kim Phuc, An Vo, Hieu Tran, Thao Tran, Chi Hoang, Nhi Nguyen, Le Nhat always responds & advises me very carefully on issues I have questions about when I need support, I will come back again and again.

If you ask a question, they will answer kindly even if you keep asking. When I sent an email, I was very upset because it said I couldn't view anything because I was using a travel agency, but you remembered the day of departure and sent me an email, telling me everything I was curious about. They also informed us in detail about the upgrade when we arrived and stored our luggage safely when we needed to change rooms but couldn't go in because we were shopping. If you add 300,000 dong to the package when checking out late, the whole family can eat at any Movenpick restaurant along with late check-out. When I first signed a contract here and looked into things, I was worried because there were a lot of negative stories, but I was really satisfied. In particular, MEI at the information desk kindly advised us of nearby seafood restaurants and even looked into pick-up services. thank you Vietnamese people seem to be friendly overall. I am satisfied overall with Dam Market, Lotte Mart, Grab, etc.

Ms. Haha & summer, you responded well. He kindly explained it well. There are also upgradeable products. Explain. You gave it to me. Movenpick Hotel has a swimming pool with well-maintained facilities, and water quality management and safety personnel are also well maintained. The advantage of Movenpick Hotel is that it is a good place to come with children. The place where they make balloons and the pineapple coconut water are also delicious. If I ever visit Nha Trang again in the future, I think I would like to book the Movenpick Hotel and come back. End

Natran Pool Villa Resort was my first visit. We were able to use the 3 bedroom pool villa at a reasonable price and the facilities and service were satisfying.
In particular, the staff of the Akor member lounge was always welcomed with a bright smile and kindness. Especially thanks to Naomi's staff, we've been able to make a comfortable six-day Trips. Thank you again.
I look forward to visiting Mobenpic Chlan again.

MÖVENPICK Cam Rahn, is a very western styled hotel with a different approach to serving the customer from many other hotels you can experience across Vietnam. The hotel itself is purpose built on a peninsula surrounded by equal hotels from other major international chains. In comparison to most hotels across Vietnam the sole purpose of the hotel Is to relieve the customer of as much money as possible. Everything is far more expensive and there is only this hotel you can get to without booking a cab so you are trapped on resort. Everything is catered for but all comes at a cost. This is epitomised by the guys on the beach offering to “rent” you a bucket and spade or inflatable that a former hotel has left behind for 1,500,00VD per day. The breakfast buffet is served in the main restaurant across from reception. As you can read in other reviews this can be a painful experience. It’s like walking into a wall of noise. It is massively crowded with little seating left, we went 4x at the following times 07.45, 08.30, 09.10 & 09.30 and not once were offered a table in the main restaurant instead we sat outside in 30+ deg temperatures which was sweaty at best. There is one fan thought to serve approx 14 tables of 6 people……. Inside the staff work very hard to keep Up but it’s near impossible and usual things like plates/mugs and fresh bread run short. The X rated lyrics on the music for the kids characters to perform to is an eye opener for sure. There are two other a la cart restaurants on-site a German Sausage restaurant that doesn’t cater for vegan or vegetarians and the beach restaurant which is where we ate. The food here is quite expensive and portions are on the small side. You need to book a table on the app to avoid disappointment or just wait until about 20.30 when it’s like a ghost town. It seems everybody wants to eat at 19.00 then retire to bed which is fine. The evening family buffet in the main restaurant will set you back for a family of 3 about £100 Inc drinks per night which we thought was expensive. The beach is beautiful though, you can walk for miles along it and was the best part of the resort. Can also recommend all the sports facilities that you don’t have to pay for these are all in v good condition. Concierge is a miserable so and so and won’t acknowledge you either but the bar, restaurant and house keeping staff are all really nice. Special mention to Jason in the beach restaurant he runs about trying to keep everybody served promptly and is a decent guy.

This Pension clearly does not deserve its 5 stars. This is a disgrace to Accor and the allegedly luxury hotel business. There is not really a welcome on arrival, we have to figure out where to go or have the chance that a nice person tells us where to wait. We waited 2 hours for our room (with obligation to wait at reception as no luggage service was offered to us). Then we decided to order a meal in the room for the children to settle down. After more than 1h30 waiting and many reminders, the meal finally arrives, without a word of apology! In this time we had to call a technician for a strong sewage smell in the kitchen and repair the air conditioning, this one managed to damage a hose of the co air and flood our room! We met Lynn (a manager?) who was absolutely not listening to us and who ended up implying that since now the air conditioning was fixed we did not really have to complain. (We still got the refund of the 1st night and 1 day at the kids club for children then 1 night in upgrade thanks to another person of the team). And it was only the first hours... every day we had disappointments! - Restaurant menu not available (several times during the stay), - Error in restaurant orders, - Long wait (more than 20 min for 2 coktails and 1 drink, the order is not even right), Not once have we all been served at the same time, Information and communication not clear, - 1x out of 2 messages sent via the app are not well understood, - The cleaning of the room is far from optimal, the floor was not done for at least 7 days, The choice of pillows was never received. Ect...
The Inn is far from everything and the onsite restaurants are excessively expensive. If you are not customer accor (gold at least) you will need a good dose of patience to access breakfast.
We still have to thank Mong (FandB manager) and Tu (front office manager) for listening, understanding and respecting our catastrophic experience. And in general the staff (maid, lifeguard, table service) are very friendly. Pension, pools, rooms, villas and beach are beautiful but not enough with such a lamentable service.

The nearest resort to the airport, Natran, city centre, Binpur Island, 4 nights later. In fact, Benper Island is good, but everything is expensive and there is no service. I have to listen to the baggage myself, I don't have 10 minutes to check-in and check-out, the food in the restaurants is poor and the price is only expensive, there's no kitchen cafe, there's no slide in the pool, etc. On the other hand, the Mobenpic Resort staff was very friendly and helped to check-in and check-out, and the restaurant food was delicious and not very expensive. The swimming pool was really cool for kids to play, and the soap party on the weekends really delighted the kids. Thank you for your help in many ways. Thank you to Tropicana. Other than that, I can't remember the name, but thank you for making a nice memory of the staff who were kind to me. I'll be back soon.
