The only thing you can save is the location and the price, the rest is a disaster. Small room, old dust everywhere fro the last 10 years, tiny separate shower on one floor and toilette on another, poor breakfast, etc, etc.

We spent two nights in the hotel. Honestly the shabbiest we evern been... Let's talk about the room, to start with. It was 175cm WIDE! (measured), with linoleum flooring looking like a hospital. The window was badly mounted and was letting all the street noise coming inside. Services... The shared toilet for ladies was downstairs, the gents one was at... More

This hotel is very old and it is really in a degraded state. Found humid spots everywhere, my blanket was full of very long black hairs of one of the previous users and it even smelt very badly. Big handkerchiefs had to be asked at the reception because they would be stolen quite often?! Breakfast is quite ok.

We usually stay in hostels but was unable to find one in Brussels city center. This was the best valued accommodation we could find for our two night stay. It was £80. It was our first stop on our interrail trip and was not a good first experience. The location is excellent, from the train station there is a bus... More

I feel some of the review have been a bit harsh. Whilst it's not the cleanest place, it's not what I would call dirty. At that price at such a good location one should not expect the best quality. Room is okish, breakfast is ok too. If you'r a solo traveller looking to spend a night at a budget, then... More

Took a single with private bath. Cigarette burns on all surfaces. No shower curtain. Toilet barely bolted to the floor. Bad lighting. Careless and inattentive manner from the front desk. Not cheap enough for what you get. At €60/night, I prefer a clean room elsewhere w shared bath.

I’ve been there several times and going again. The hotel has two principal advantages: 1) Price 2) Location Neither is beaten by any other hotel in the similar location Well anyone shall consider that the cheapest room are really small and without anything that might be omitted. The only weakness is that the cheap rooms are often used by smokers... More

A great hotel for budget travellers such as backpackers, and those who prefer to save money on a hotel to have more for having fun at the city centre. Definitely not recommended for single female travellers (with exception of backpackers with experience from less developed countries), couples who'd like to make love in the hotel, and anyone who would need... This hotel is not a super class hotel but it is good!!! for the price, the accomodation is very nice and competitive. People who are not happy of the service expect too much and hope to pay less. This hotel have a competitive price and the service is at this height. I would recommend it for tourists or for Business... More

Many are very rude in their evaluation of this hotel. Yes, it is a chaep and worn down place, but what can you expect for 40 Euro including breafast in the best location in the city? New Galaxy is at metro Rogier and right next to Sheraton, Hilton and Crown Plaza, on the edge of the pedestrian central district and... More
