We stayed in a junior suite, because we traveled with the children; and the room had the extra beds in the entrance area, then a lounge area with sofa and television, separated from the main room by a module that served as a wardrobe. The room had another TV and a huge bed.
We use the indoor pool, for which you have to reserve time and you need swimming caps, but you can buy them on site. Also, in the room disociones bathrobe and slippers to go down to the spa.
The hotel also has a gym and an outdoor infinity pool, which is not very large but is fine for a swim on hotter days. The only bad thing, the wind in Viana 😅.
Breakfast is very varied, with good presentation and all the time they are restocking the products.
In the restaurant they offer dinner menu, with elaborate dishes at reasonable prices.
One con: that it has no central location, but certainly compensates for the quality and how comfortable it is.
I definitely recommend it!

The beds were super comfy and they put out food on the days that they weren’t doing dinner for the hotel guests in the lobby area (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) and they gave us chocolate and a bottle of champagne on New Year’s Day!
I am an experienced powerlifter competing at a very high international/ national level. When I found out that there was a gym I was so happy as I was originally going to pay to go to a gym as I prepare for national championships. The first gym supervisor was suprised by my strength but he was quite accommodating. The guy on the 2nd and third day, danilo was super rude and started arguing with me telling me that I wasn’t controlling my deadlifts and making too much noise (suprise suprise, I’m in a gym 😭) even though I controlled it so much so that I barely made noise and my hand ripped from thr grip on the bar. He kept staring at me the whole time and being rude. I will personally be writing a letter of complaint and by brother (who is new to the gym) and I were both very uncomfortable by their rude comments and staring. I explained to him that I was a powerlifter and asked him prior to deadlifting if I could. He said I could if I didn’t drop it from height and agreed that naturally it would make noise especially as I was repping 140kg paused.
The lady on my last day helped me with a new exercise I was trying and was super lovely, trying to help me set up my equipment. I understand that the gym had strict rules but overall I had a really bad experience as it felt like I was being stared down all the time and watched whilst no one else was.
Bring a swimming cap if you would like to go swimming too!!
The spa was a surreal experience!!

Room 108 has stairs. The kitchen works from 06:00 to 23:00. It's under room 108.
Great location, blurred views. Fantastic service.
We still love it.
It is very careful. Is it clean. It's very quiet. The staff is very kind and professional. The installations are very good.
It has covered parking at a very good price and is located in a place with very easy access when entering Viana from the A-28 or from the A3.

Firstly I show up and realise that the bench racks are taken which was not a problem. I did a different exercise and when I was done I went back and saw that it was available as the man and his personal trainer had gone to the treadmill. As it was still racked, I asked the gym attendant if it was free in which he said yes, so I proceeded to unrack. I was then met with a personal trainer shouting at me because he was using the station. In which I looked at the gym attendant who stayed quiet. I said there was no one on it but he remained rude and defensive. I remained calm, re racked the bar and moved away. The gym attendant then came back up to me and said that I could then use it, in which I mentioned that it still had weights on, something every gym goer knows not to leave on a bar, especially something a personal trainer should know.
This personal trainer was also teaching his client the wrong form and was not spotting him correctly which could have easily turned to injury. If you come to this hotel avoid the gym. You are better off paying and going elsewhere.

Parking is paid, as is the spa.
Gina, I like it when it's the hotel's own gym where you go in and use the equipment, it's more like a gym with the gym, the staff isn't friendly... I didn't use it. Good outdoor pool, but the bathroom is far away. The rooms were cleaned very late... there was a day when I gave up waiting. I don't know if they are short on staff, anyway...
I also think it should be a hotel, but for a stopover, for meetings and conferences. Apart from the gym and cleanliness it is a good hotel....

They charge covered parking in Portugal, are a Spanish group so are accustomed to this regime, it is not acceptable.
Cleaning staff, are flawless
Nice mountain view room with everything needed for a pleasant stay
