Wonderful and helpful staff*** Has an old charm, as well as a few old hotel glitches (lights, loose showerhead in one of our rooms) Close to shopping district A little noisy in the morning with traffic and construction (Porto is booming) Rooms small but functional Best hot shower in Portugal! Good price point
We went there during a week end. The room was relatively calm (just so seagulls that made some noise but totally normal). On the pictures it seemed like the room was very modern, but we got a room that looked more old style, and toilet looked very old and not very refurbished. Hence the missing star. The room was spacious. Very well situated. Near the shopping districts
It was a very old furnitured, dirty room. I couldn’t touch the phone, it was oily on the surface like they fried fries in the room. Street floor was cleaner than the bathroom floor. The shower parts of the bathroom was rusty. The rubbish bin was also broken and rusty. They put a small chair in the bathroom and it was wasted. Worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel’s official photos are a work of masterpiece. Originals are below
The location is really excellent, but the room has a bit of weird smell and the wi-fi is terrible, always disconnecting and sometimes not working even when connected. Overall a good option for just a few nights, if you don't mind not having reliable internet for a while.
Very handy location to the Bolhao metro station, and surrounding area. We walked everywhere from here. Hotel is VERY dated. Beds uncomfortable, pillow was hard and not usable. Our room smelt like smoke even though they are non smoking. Room was clean and serviced to a satisfactory level. Despite being a busy area, with windows closed we didnt notice the noise.
