Great welcome, very spacious superior room, mine although located on the second floor overlooked the street, so not intimate, however not being a noisy street overall turned out to be quiet. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Porto. After a long flight, we were thrilled to receive an early check-in, well before the 3 PM standard. The staff was incredibly helpful and warm, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We stayed at the Hotel Vincci Bonjardim during our trip to Porto and we couldn't be more satisfied. Everything was excellent: the attention of the staff, the quality of the breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms.
From our arrival, we felt welcome. They were always willing to help us with any questions or requests, making our stay very pleasant. Additionally, the staff was very loving towards our son, especially MarÃa C., which made us feel even more comfortable and welcome.
The breakfast was one of the best we have had on our travels: varied, abundant and with fresh, high-quality products. The cleanliness of the hotel also deserves a special mention, with rooms and common areas spotless.
One detail that surprised us was that during my birthday, the hotel surprised us with a cake and a greeting card in our room. It was a special gesture that made my day unforgettable. In addition, our son was given a notebook to paint as a farewell gift, courtesy of the hotel director, Vânia Araújo.

Otherwise, the location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to Aliados Avenue, the Bolhao Market and the Trinidade metro station. That stretch of street is not very bright, but the hotel is beautiful, modern and cozy. I stayed in for 4 nights. I really enjoyed the variety of foods and bevareges served in breakfast. The room was very clean, comfortable and for me most importantly quite. The location was very safe to walk back at night to the hotel from the historical area. It is also 3 mins away from a train station which has a line to the airport makes it very convenient.
