....bathroom for small people - it was impossible to sit on the toilet without your head being in the washbasin! So irritating that we moved to a standard room after the 1st night. So, eventually, room was fine. Great location near many of the tourist places and close to some good, reasonably priced restaurants and fun nightlife. Mixed experiences in...

It has a sort of strange charm. It's location is excellent. The bed was not particularly comfortable but the air conditioning worked. You get what you pay for. The desk was helpful with information. You can walk to major sights including San Bento train station.

This hotel has an excellent location. Right in the middle of the aliados square, close to the metro and walking distance to everything. We took the metro from the airport to the hotel without any problems. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day for 5 euros. Tourist bus stop less than 1 min...

A beautiful building from the outside. I didn't know what to think inside the hotel. The elevator is that old I hardly dare to go in there, carpets and curtains are very old fashioned. The reception desk is like built maybe 60 years ago. I had a very special price through Bookings so I cannot really complain. At breakfast the...

Enjoyed a night stay here for a quick visit to Porto. There is a nice restaurant called Cervejaria Brasio about 3 blocks away. The hotel room was small but my daughter and I only needed it for sleeping. It had everything we needed and the hold your luggage until you leave later in the day. Keep in mind the check-in...

This hotel has an excellent central location and has a historic feel to it. Efficient reception on the second floor. Lovely bedroom with a high ceiling and a most comfortable lounge. Highly recommended bolt hole for exploring this fascinating city - enjoy.

The 3 star Hotel Aliados is in the middle of Porto. It is quite easy to access almost everywhere in Porto! We had two nights in the old but renovated hotel. Everything was wonderful except the beds as hard as stone!
