They were calling me some hours before my planned and communicated arrival, to ask me again about my already planned and communicated arrival.

Stayed here for 2 separate nights (Wednesday and Sunday). The staff were always very friendly - though the gentleman who looked after the hotel at night only speak Portuguese but he was always keen to help even if you didn't understand what he was saying....More
