Please be warned this hotel has NO Elevator, so you need to be able to haul your heavy suitcases up the stairs. Sometimes 5 flights of stairs. There was no hotel staff at the front desk so if you have any questions you are on your own. We did not have a phone plan to make phone calls to call the desk number on the desk. The location of this hotel is excellent, within walking distance of many highlights through the city. The room is recently updated and very nice, it could have had a little more room to put the suitcases down and find your clothes.

Had a double room on the 3rd floor - clean space. Rooms are pretty small but not an issue if you're only using it to sleep and spend the rest of the time seeing the city! Great location - all the main stops are really close by. Be warned it is at the top of a rather steep hill/ stairs - a great work out but might be challenging for some. Didn't book breakfast as we wanted to try different cafes nearby. Would recommend but be warned about the hill :)

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights Saturday-Tuesday and we found the hotel to be of an excellent standard. We booked via booking.com for a very reasonable price. We booked a Double Room with balcony and we were given a room on the 4th floor which looked out over the city. The room was clean, fresh and made up daily. It was fairly small but cosy and fine for 2 people. Bathroom was new and had a walk in shower which was nice. The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to all the cities amenities and 10 minute walk from nearby metro stations. Cindi on Reception was lovely - communicated via booking.com prior to our arrival to make sure everything was right for us when we got there. She also provided us with advice when we arrived - fab service!! Thank you for a lovely stay - we would definitely return!!
