The hotel had friendly personnel, and the room was clean, cozy, well decorated and quiet. Though the hotel is extremely close to a central subway station, it is also greatly located in Oporto, so it is also possible to walk on foot to many touristic points. It has a great price/quality relationship and a breakfast with an amazing quality and...

We stayed at the hotel over Easter and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located and short stroll to the centre and close to the shops Rua Santa Catarina. the breakfast is good bar the coffee which was not the best but there was plenty of choice on cereals, breads pastries and cheese ham etc plus bacon and...

Where shall we start - Surly and unfriendly reception staff. Presumably poorly trained and lacking any tourist information. e.g requested t v channel programme information, but this was not forthcoming. The room (203) which overlooked the metro line, had 4 coat hangers and one tiny drawer about 15" square for two people staying for 3 nights. Room which was at...

Excellent staff e.g. ruben and piedro.Good value for money. Metro station around the corner, location is therefore very central. Breakfast is ok. Wifi in the rooms is not that good in yhe lobby it is much better.

This hotel is quite a walk from the river where all the activity is. There are restaurants about 10 minutes down the road but not a lot actually round the hotel area, its not some where i would want my daughter walking round at night. The metro is just over the road. Some of the staff on reception were not...

Not sure whar else to say to make 200 chars which is a bit of a pain and likely to deter me in future. The rate was through a holday company so we may have got a...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a two centre break and we felt that it fell short of its 4 Star rating as opposed to the hotel in Lisbon. The room seemed quite austere and noisy (overlooking main road). Also there were no spare sockets in which to plug either the kettle or phone charger. The Reception staff...

Recently stayed for 4 days, its an ideal location two minutes from the metro and 15 minutes walk into the main square. The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling! The room was ideal for what is needed on a city break and breakfast offers a great choice of food!

We stayed as part of a two centre stay in Portugal and arrived by train. Great location near Metro and short walk to city centre. We were in a room at the back of the hotel so no view but the room was spacious and very quiet. Shower room was lovely and clean although the shower took a little while...

Hotel Porto Trindade is in a perfect location for a short break to Porto. Just a 10/15 minute stroll downhill to the river. The Metro station & bus stops are just across the road so if you don't fancy the very steep walk back you have the option of public transport. The hotel is moden, clean & comfortable. Our room was...
