    Ótima localização e estrutura
    A localização do hotel é excelente, bem como suas acomodações. Ótimo café da manhã, cama muito confortável e quarto muito bem equipado. Local silencioso, com funcionários muito educados e bem preparados. O único porém é a falta de um frigobar no quarto.

    Reasonable, very nice staff
    -Location: the hotel is a little bit beyond the real tourist area even though it is on Santa Catarina St. At night the area may be a little bit dodgy and the staff advised me to stay on travelled streets. If you are a good walker and can handle slopes it is still well located with most of the major tourist sites within 30 minutes walk. We found that we could probably walk somewhere faster than a cab during peak traffic hours. -Parking is at a nearby parking lot and easily accessible. -Check in: quick, easy, very friendly and helpful desk staff. -Accommodation: the rooms are small by US standards but very reasonable for Europe. There is no drawer space and very limited hanging space but there is room to lay out your suitcases and leave them open out of the way. There is no room safe but there is one available through the front desk. Good shower, air-conditioning works well and I found the room quite quiet even during daytime hours with traffic outside. -Cleanliness: this is so-so and is the one significant weak spot of this hotel. When we checked in there was hair on the toilet seat and the bathroom is never really well cleaned. One day we were forgotten all together (which, granted, can happen in the best of hotels) and to their credit the front desk staff were in our room within minutes with fresh towels toilet paper etc. and removed our old towels. Breakfast: this is again quite reasonable. The usual scrambled eggs, some cold cuts, some cheese, hard-boiled eggs, cereals fruit, juice and pastry [including, of course, the ubiquitous pastel de nata]. Everything is fresh. The coffees from the machines are not bad for machine coffee. I found that, rather than use the cappuccino button, I would press the large coffee twice and then the milk button which gave a stronger coffee.     Magnifica opcion en el centro de Oporto
    Hotel nuevo, muy bien situado, al lado hay un parking enorme. Habitación amplia, cama super comoda, plancha, secador, -- excelente Desayuno muy correcto. Relacion calidad/precio buena para ser agosto.

    Estupendo hotel para conocer oporto!!
    Por algo menos de 100€ la noche para 3 personas en una habitación, con desayuno bufet incluido. Habitacion muy confortable, con moqueta y todo muy limpio y nuevo. Camas muy comodas con la ropa de cama muy agradable y con 2 almohadas diferentes en cada cama. El aire acondicionado perfecto. Y accesorios como secador de pelo, tabla de planchar y plancha en la habitación. La única ausencia que notamos fue el minibar. El baño con un gran lavabo y una ducha amplia y espaciosa. Todo muy limpio y funcional. Por poner un pero, al dar a la cisterna con la tapa abierta, el agua sale con tanta potencia que te salpica un poco las piernas. La ubicación genial, a pocos metros de una de las calles mas transitadas de oporto. Pero lo justo para no tener que soportar ningún bullicio. El desayuno viene incluido para todos! Y es muy variado y de bastante calidad. Nos sorprendió gratamente. Bolleria, cereales, tostadas, huevos, revuelto, jamon, queso, zumos, yogurt... Hasta pasteles de nata. Y la atención de todo el personal muy amables educados y simpaticos. Será nuestra primera opción para cuando volvamos.…

    Great Location nice rooms
    Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff friendly, nice breakfast Walking distance to the center and shopping area. Since it is an American chain I was expecting wash clothes in the bathroom. Bath towels were the best, big and new.

    There are taxi arrangements to get to the airport very early in the morning? How much should cost?
    Yes, I got an Uber too and it cost about 16 E, standard taxis are around 28 E

    bonjour il y a t-il un parking ou l'on peut laisser la voiture la nuit et peux t-on rejoindre facilement le centre ville de porto sans prendre la voiture ? merci
    Bonjour, juste à côté ils ont un parking public très proche de l'hôtel, et de là vous pouvez très bien aller à presque toutes les parties du centre, en fait j'ai laissé la voiture arrêtée 3 jours 3 jours Hola justo al lado tienen un parking público muy cerca del hotel, y desde allí se puede ir muy bien a casi todas las partes del centro de hecho yo dejé el coche parado 3 días 3 días
