My mum and I stayed 5 nights at the house Ribeira Hotel and I can not stay enough good about the staff and the service. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Rita, Claudia but also the boys (I can't recall their name)...They will go beyond their way to please you. The breakfast is excellent and fresh (fresh squized orange juice, eggs, salad fruits, home bade bread and croissant..). The hotel itself is cute and charming, in the best location. The rooms are nice and spotless. We had a great time in Porto. Obrigada!!

The team (specially Jorge) takes time to let you 'check in' the hotel and experience the city Porto without having done anything at that moment. You get a phone (yes!) with custom made walking routes, you can app/call the reception etc. I nover had that at any hotel. Location of the hotel is perfect and breakfast is superior too. Don't forget to have (minimal once) diner in the restaurant with fresh made local food! And of course all things done corona proof.

I went to the restaurant with my family and we were very pleased with the food and the people. The people were very nice, and the food was very good. We’ve loved everything but specially the home made bread with the olive butter! All the dishes we tried were very interesting, but my favourite was the mushrooms. They have reinvented traditional flavours/dishes. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the preference in The House Ribeira Hotel.
Regarding your request, we inform you that getting to the hotel is easy, considering that it is located in the city center and there may be traffic.
The hotel does not have a private parking.
Although, we have an agreement with a public parking nearby, 110m from the hotel, which makes a price of 23,00€ for our guests for 24H each.
At your check-in time we will be able to explain you where exactly the parking place is.
For any other doubts or requests, please, do not hesitate to contact us.

Porto Is a busy city but I’m sure if you run early morning you would be fine. You could maybe run up to the bridge and over to Vila Nova de Gaia which is more pedestrianised by the river.

The hotel is very central near the river. If any attraction is too far to walk there’s always taxis outside the hotel and they’re very reasonably priced. Enjoy your stay!
