The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the city. They advertise free parking but in reality there are only six spaces and should they be occupied when you arrive the only option is to pay for parking in the one of the garages near the hotel. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful with finding a parking space and the garages are not that expensive. The rooms and clean though dated and breakfast was good.

At this price point, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Portugal. The breakfast was super ( it had scrambled eggs!), the hotel was in a great location, and we received excellent restaurant recommendations from the front desk. We only stayed for one night before heading to Geres, but it was a nice stay.

Clean, cozy, with comfortable beds and satisfactory breakfast, and – of course – great location and free parking. If you want to discover the historic city and surroundings book this hotel and enjoy your Braga! Small advice: around the corner there is a little bar. They serve wonderful Porto 😉

We had a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The hotel, while a bit dated/tired was clean and comfortable (although the bed was rock hard). The shower was amazing and the aircon was effective. We had no problem parking our car in the spaces available. The location was perfect and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, I found all of them very helpful and friendly and most spoke good English. The breakfast, whilst basic, was fresh and what you might expect of a continental breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thank you.
