I stayed for two weeks at this all inclusive 5 star hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was very good and the service excellent. The hotel was very clean in all areas and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally situated on the Promenade which is great for walking with lovely views, beautiful shrubs and lots of birds. The rooms are nicely arranged with plenty of plugs, TV and fridge. I found the beds a bit hard but it wasn't a problem. The cleaners were excellent and always left the room tidy. The dining room and lunch area was very efficient and all the waiters were very attentive and pleased to be of service. The indoor swimming pool was well used and heated. I would definitley visit this hotel again. The Hotel is very well managed with plenty of helpful managers around who went out of their way to assist. I couldn't really find anything to complain about.…
Went to this hotel end of February, had a nice relaxing week with good weather. The hotel is classed as a 5 star but I would say that it is a very good 4 star. The dining room could have been set out better it is too large and impersonal, not what you would expect from a 5 star, also sun beds were just the standard ones with no padded covers that you normally get with a 5 star. All the staff were fantastic, they could not do enough for you and went out of their way to help. We could not fault the food it was excellent. We had booked a standard sea view room and asked for one overlooking the pool with sun on the balcony in the afternoon, and that is what we got. The room was large and newly refurbished. We would go back to this hotel in the future.

I’m writing this review 3 days into a 7 day holiday. We are first timers to the island and I’m very impressed. Had a lovely welcome at reception from Paula. The hotel had upgraded us to a family suite; 10th floor right in middle of hotel overlooking the Atlantic with 2 huge beds, TV and minibar. Lovely big room and walk in shower. The hotel are obviously taking great care with the hotel’s cleanliness currently. The service had been excellent and attentive so far, wine poured for you, etc. I like the fact that you can thanks lunch outside, just don’t sit I’m unprotected shade as the sun bounces off the glass windows and it’s like being in a furnace. We’ve been blessed with great weather so far; 22/23. I’ve been out for a long walk and the views are tremendous. Like the fact you can’t leave your towels on sunbeds to grab one. 2 tips for the hotel: the stool in the bedroom is a little low for the huge mirror and the hairdryer could do with a longer lead. Small issues but so far so good. Will de sad to leave Sunday.…
I am rarely enthusiastic but this is a very rare exception and I concur with the other positive reviews and dismiss the negative ones. When the only two negative points i can find are insignificant compared to the quality and positive attributes of this hotel. The tea spoons are lightweight and poor quality. The store where you leave your bags after checking out is totally insecure so leave nothing of value. Unfortunately this meant I had to carry my flight bag arround for 3 hours. Otherwise this is the perfect hotel for me and we will return.
