It is a fantastic experience that moves with all our senses! The architecture, the atmosphere, the kindness and professionalism of a great team. Telmo, Marta, Nuno, Catarina just to name a few. The concern with the small details so that everything seems spontaneous and natural linked to nature. The rooms are big and with your own fireplace / salamander and...

What a great experience! Best hospitality you can find in a place that breathes nature and organic materials, a real "eco" hotel. Amazing bath to relax in the room same time the fireplace was warming the whole place. Confy and intimist are the words to describe it. Totally recommend it and will surely go back in the summertime to enjoy...

Firstly, the entire property is in such a state of disrepair with deferred maintenance that it appears that the ownership has either run out of funds or is about give up. The grounds are a visual mess from start to finish including broken lighting, cracked concrete and un-safe walkways abound. Green belts and lawns not maintained with burnt patches, over...

So my husband and I, and all of our children - along with friends and their children visited this unusual place for a swift cocktail before going on to the castle of Obidos. On arrival it struck me that the place was different to any that I had been to. Very pleasant atmosphere, slightly shabby looking with peculiar layout of...

Love the place, the eco-african decor, the small details, the food and the friendly and professional staff! Breakfast was excellent. They have a Gin bar with dozens of brands! They have bikes you can use to explore nearby Obidos Lagoon, with more than 10 km of beautiful cycle pathways.

This is far from a typical hotel, in a good sense. The hotel is purposely built to give you this unfinished, rough, natural feel and look. But trust me... There is nothing missing. Ample and spacious rooms, unique in their design. I enjoyed it immensely. The rooms are isolated from the main building and stand alone, integrated into the landscape,...

We booked a 4 days holiday here. We - that is my husband and i and my daughter of 11 and 2 of her friends. We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed very warmly. We were shown the "room" and got an explanation about the concept of the ecoresort. The rooms are cubicles spread in the beautiful "garden"/"field". We...

I am glad we came as the experience was unique in this isolated and specially designed ecological resort. A perfect place to just chill and relax. It's very expensive but for a one off experience on a special occasion (the wife's birthday) it's worth it. As the park between the room matures so will the experience.

More out of interest than for any other reason my wife and I decided to book an evening meal, we had called in to take a look around and at that time were made welcome, unfortunately that is the end of the good news. Our evening meal was served in a hotch potch sort of way, the quality was poor...
