We went here because we were looking for somewhere in the city that had an outdoor heated pool. We had the best time. The hotel sent their driver to collect us from the airport. This was complementary. The hotel itself is so clean and modern. The roof top terrace with a bar and roof top heated pool, and jacuzzi. The food the staff the room we got everything could not fault at all! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and we definitely will be back again such a lovely place to get away for a mini break.

Fabulous hotel, staff couldn’t be more helpful and the rooms, pool and breakfast areas were great. Would highly recommend. We stayed in adjoining family rooms for the last week. The rooms were great and we slept well every night. They were spotlessly clean, great showers and air con! The staff really went out of their way to help us. The breakfast staff knew our favourite drinks by the 3rd day and put our cool box in the freezer every night so we could have picnics the following day. The breakfast was very varied and plenty of it. The pool and bar was lovely - I preferred it when the water was warm! We got a bed everyday and the towel system and drinks were great. The food was delicious but slightly more expensive than other restaurants we ate in, so we only did it on the last night. We had lots of great recommendations and the complimentary airport pick up and tuk tuk was a lovely touch. It is located near the park and the pombal metro. We also caught the bus to Belem as well as the number 24 tram, only streets away. We got a 3-day Lisboa card and really made the most of it. There’s a great little supermarket and cafe around the corner which we used most days.

Just left the hotel after a 7 night stay and everything we(wife and I)experienced at this hotel was first class. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is phenomenal for drinks and views over the city and the pool although small is a great place to cool down. The hotel is at the top end of the Main Street into the city, it’s about a 15 min walk through a beautiful park to all the main shops and restaurants. Only slight down side is the hotel is situated on the flight path in or out of Lisbon airport. So great for plane spotters !

Just came back yesterday from beautiful Portugal! I can’t express enough of how much of a wonderful time we had at Lisboa park hotel. From the time we arrived until we left, the humbling kind & hospitable staff have been amazing Thank you Rene, Raiza, Thomas, Veera, and Carine (from the terrace) & extended staff for being helpful and accommodating. We really appreciate your service. The hotel is ultra modern and super clean. Rooms are reasonably spacious and they’ve definitely maximized the space pretty well to store your personal belongings. The complimentary breakfast is so good, lots of variety to choose from. The top floor terrace plus pool is a great oasis to sit down and relax after your long day tour. The food is great compliments to the chef that had an exquisite hand for making flavourful food! I highly recommend the mushroom risotto and garlic shrimp. Thanks to our great hostess Carine for making us feel comfortable on the terrace and allowing us to try great Portuguese sangria’s and ports. I highly recommend this hotel as its central to everything and is not far from the famous foot ball player Ronaldo’s penthouse residence. But most importantly a great experience of Portuguese friendly hospitality & culture.

Disappointing stay at the Lux Lisboa from start to finish with not much acknowledgement from the staff or management. We arrived to broken air conditioning (3-days to resolve), a broken TV, a broken shelf and the hot tub not working for the duration of our stay. The manager attempted to argue that the air con was fine too which did frustrate us more. Cleanliness wasn’t great - stained carpets in hallways and stained furniture on the rooftop and bar areas. The room housekeeping and cleaning was always to a good standard. Also, the waiting staff were all very kind and attentive. The downstairs bar and restaurant had zero atmosphere and almost felt clinical. The rooftop pool visually was great but not much seating / beds and as above, the hot tub didn’t work. The breakfast buffet was poor - especially the hot food which was not actually hot once. Lukewarm beans, bacon and sausages; no matter what time you arrive for breakfast. It’s just not a 4* - it has great potential but so many basics done wrong. We didn’t even get a ‘how was your stay’ or ‘goodbye’ when leaving. Sums it up really.

Carine Silva is the best waitress in the roof top bar! We where there for 5 days and she served me a very nice dry white wine everyday and everyday a different one, just to let me try the different kinds of dry white wine the have in the house! She was really outstandingly kind and a very nice person to have in your staff! She really promoted the hotel bar! All her colleagues are very nice too, but Carine really made our trip and stay in the hotel!

The standard room we had was small and poorly designed .There was no kettle or tea/ coffee making facilities .Paper tissues were not provided either .The “desk” was unusable as it was hanging off the wall . The complimentary tuck tuck tour was booked up for the 3 days we stayed . The breakfast was a reasonable standard Buffett ,however the coffee was not hot . On the plus side the staff were 5 star .Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The airport collection service was a super experience ,made all the more enjoyable by the driver .

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. On the whole it was a good hotel. It is situated quite a way from the centre of all the action in Lisbon and means you need to catch Ubers when you leave the hotel for most things. Uber is very reasonably priced in Lisbon so not too much of a problem. The hotel is exceptionally clean and all staff working in the breakfast restaurant and bar area in the lobby are very helpful, attentive and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds extremely comfortable and quiet. We were disappointed to learn on check in that the terrace area/bar/restaurant at the rooftop pool was not open until the last day of our visit. It would have been good to be made aware of this when we made our booking. We found the reception staff at the hotel really let down the side. One of our rooms had broken air conditioning for the duration of our stay and we reported this several times to reception staff who made no effort to rectify or keep us updated with this issue. We asked for assistance making restaurant recommendations and were given a list of places that were closed or very expensive options. We were keen to get a late check out on our last day. We totally understood that this is not always possible however one of the staff members stood behind reception (I think he could even have been management) was extremely nasty and aggressive in his tone- a very rude man! Not at all appealing as a guest in the hotel to be spoken to in such rude manor. Reception staff (not all of them) gave the impression they really didn’t care about helping guests. We had Tuktuk tour on the first day which was great for getting our bearings, we also took an Uber out to Costa Capricia for one day (£15 in an Uber) and it was truly stunning. A nice alternative to the city in our trip.

Amazing value hotel, for around £180 a night we had room, breakfast and pickup from the airport. Hotel is really nice with large bar area, with super friendly staff - shout out to the Brazilian duo on the first night who made my wife a special cocktail! Food for dinner was excellent and just as good as any of the preceding meals we had outside. Breakfast spread was fantastic, and rooftop pool was lovely and warm despite the cloudy weather. Location wise its literaly a 10 minute walk down the hill to the metro, there is also a large mall 10 minutes away as well. Would definitely recommend hotel to all.
