Bairro Alto Hotel is my choice for Lisbon. It's wonderful location conveniently offers the old city and all it offers at your doorstep. The staff could not be more welcoming or helpful from the time you first enter, to when you depart, all parts in between and even after you leave. I left a scarf in the room. The not...

Great service; very good food and good business facilities in the centre of Lisbon. You can walk to good selection of restaurants and the bay is 10 mins walk. The hotel has very comfortable rooms and provides fast WiFi for business communications.

I continue to stay at this hotel as I know I will be welcomed, looked after and remembered. Nothing is too difficult and the friendly and gracious responses from everyone in the hotel are so genuine. Add this to the location and you have a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel has an ideal location. The staff are professional and genuinely seem to want to help you. Our room was well appointed and had a great bathroom but the decor was slightly uninspiring. It overlooks the Main Square but the noise installation was extremely effective. The breakfast was adequate only. Overall I thought this was very good value for...

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful terrace. From the terrace you have a great view of Lisboa. We are most grateful to Luis and the Paulos in the front desk. Paulo and Vidal, the doormen were most helpful and informative. We got great restaurant suggestions and helpful information on how to navigate the city.

Lovely boutique hotel idyllically situated in the heart of Lisbon, renovated to luxurious standards. Mere steps to great local shopping and tiny but wonderful hole-in-the-wall restaurants and bars. The BA Terrace, the hotel's rooftop bar is a must see and do experience - wonderful spot to sit and drink in the city sites after the day's explorations. Venture a bit...

Probably the best location in lisbon to enjoy the famous bairro alto ! This small boutique hotel is perfectly nestled in the center of the city ! The rooms are small but well equipped and the service Is generally good ( except on the terrace which is overcrowded with outside guests !) The gym is small but well equipped ......

Wonderful hotel in the center of Lisbon, easy walking distance to many sites. Staff are very friendly and professional, from the doorman to the wait staff in the restaurants. We had a beautiful room overlooking the square, could be noisy late at night. Roof top bar was a favorite spot and would get very busy, just relax and take in...
