I was so delighted with The Lost Inn, I was amazed by the building before I saw any of the romance and history of Lisbon. It’s a 300 year old building in mint condition, with beautiful ceiling arches, and those gorgeous floral blue tiles on the walls. I stayed there for 7 nights, and the hostel is wonderfully located in the Cais de Sodré area. It’s 2 mins from the sea, the train station, pubs, clubs, restaurants and the most beautiful squares and vistas, And, the must visit Time Out Market. I visited at the end of February and had the lucky coincidence of experiencing Carnival there, so though busy it was still off peak season, and Phenomenal value. A beautiful Breakfast was included in the price, at less than 15 euros a night. All the staff at the hostel are really friendly and interesting and helpful, and run a really good operation. The hostel too, though close to everything, is situated down a little residential cul de sac, so it’s quiet there, relaxed. I would spend time relaxing there as it was so nice. I should say too that every evening at 8, Portuguesa Sangria (red or white) is given to all guests. There is port in the Sangria, so it’s fabulous! Thank you to the staff who were extremely kind to me during my stay, and thank you to Helena and family for a lovely evening of food and conversation. I can’t wait to return!

This is a wonderful hostel with the best staff. They were so friendly and warm to me - even when I was only staying one night! The lounge area is so cosy and the bedrooms are clean with big beds. Great bathroom facilities too. I had the group dinner (Veggie Vlada!) and it was delicious. The atmosphere here was brilliant with everyone chatting and being so open. This is the place you want to be if staying in Lisbon - it’s perfect!

Hi, There is a different activity each day/night. You should check it on the board at the hostel. I know that they also offer free walking tours, and cooking special dinner, which I didn't try, but I heard it was very good. Hope this helps :)
