    Its not big, but it has everything you want, nearly. We had a room with a view, but a small bathroom. The staff are friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English. We had a problem getting food on the night we arrived, we got it but it might be worth them informing visitors to book…

    Perfect
    We stayed in two different hotels for a total of 5 nights. Everything was perfect. The rooms are charming and super clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooftop Restaurant has a great view and nice Food. The Price is moderate. We can highly recommend these hotels…

    What time is breakfast served? I will be coming to Lisbon to teach a course and must be at the college by 8:30 each morning. I would like to have breakfast before I leave. Is that an option?

    A very small one but it does the job. The rooftop views from the restaurant are lovely. Made me very homesick for New Zealand.

    Hello, Breakfast was included. The taxi was very cheap about 12 Euro as taxi is the best alternative!

    Is there a washing machine for the use of guests?
    I cannot recall a washing machine but the staff are so helpful and responsive I would suggest emailing and asking. By the way, we loved our stay here

    "Room 33 good view, but small bathroom"
    "Our top floor room was close to the restaurant kitchens and therefore noisy until about 11 PM. Lower floor might be quieter."
    "Lift is small, so if you don't like stairs, skip the entire hotel."
    "We had rooms on first floor and they were great. Noisy if the windows were open but there is air con so you could close the windows."
    "If you want a view, ask for a higher floor on the river side."
