This hotel was in a good location near a metro but was not worth it. The beds were the worst I have ever slept in and the bathroom always smelled of sewage. At the end of our stay they tried to double charge our room. The front desk workers were not helpful and could not even tell us where a...

I swear the bed was just springs and foam. Very annoying to sleep on. I normally can sleep anywhere. The bathroom smelled of sewage even though the fan was on all the time. The room always was dark. When we went to check out, we were delayed a half hour. They insisted we didn't pay the bill, but we had...

They erroneously tried to charge us for an extra room, we had to argue the morning our plane was flying out. Our room was small, bathroom had a constant smell of sewage, beds are awful, and a bath towel was missing so one of us had to shower with a hand towel one time. Good location, but don't be fooled!...

Dom Sancho I is a small hotel with 3 floors very well situated. Only 10 minutes walk from the main historical and business places. Avenidade da Liberdade is the main avenue of the city. The staff at the reception is very kind but the room service is not very smiling. Rooms and bathrooms are not big and the decoration is...

I booked a room over the phone with them and they guaranteed the room. When I got there, I found out they had deleted my booking without even contacting me, with no reasonable explanation and they were fully booked. I had to walk around Lisbon to find another hotel.

Great location! Very central, close to everything. Nice staff, small but clean room. Awful spring mattress, probably has hundred years, they also put on it some kind of plastic cover so it was really noisy, and rather uncomfortable. At night the room was quiet, but from 7am there was a lot of noise from the breakfast room, very close by....

Small hotel in the mid of Lissabon. Everything arround the corner. Lost my Ipad while I visit Lissabon but the management was so helpful so now I have my Ipad back. The management handle many phone calls to get the Ipad and then they arrange the shipping. That is service

Great central location near Avenida subway station, also close to many restaurants and a food hall, open late. Reasonable hotel for the money, but the beds were rather hard and rooms we stayed in cramped. Cable TV in all rooms and decent modern bathrooms. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. The staff were helpful.

The staff on arrival at the second floor reception were quite helpful, including when we asked to change our room because of the morning breakfast noise. The rooms are small but clean, and the beds rather uncomfortable. Our second room was very quiet. There are no electric plugs near the bed, a nuisance for those of us using electronic devices....

I like this hotel. It was really nice for the price, very good location, near to the metro station. The breakfast was nice. The only bad thing I could say is that we arrived at 1 am in the morning (our flight was delayed) and we were extrmely tired because we came from chile then to madrid ten to lisbon. And...
