We booked this hotel, because of a late arrival. We found immediately a parking spot in front of the hotel and had a good sleep. The place is somewhat old, but otherwise the staff friendly and for the price the accommodation was good.

It takes about 30 to 40 minutes from the airport using the metro. This is very easy - simply buy ticket and take the red line all the way to the end at St Sebastio, then change for one stop to Parque station, The hotel is then 3 minutes walk away.
Costs about 1.5 euro I think. Perfect if you have hand luggage.
